Tony did amazing! I had my car broken into, and everywhere I looked wouldn't have time to work on a window replacement for at least 2 days. I was able to have someone schedule a time to meet me at my job. They went out to get my replacement glass and replaced it all in less than 2 hours! I was shocked by the speed of service and the up-beat energy from Tony! Hopefully, I never have another incident like that, but if I do, they will be my first call every time! I don't think I can say I have ever had service this great from any establishment ever, so thank you so much to See Clear Auto Glass and Tony!!

I called Clear Glass in Crofton on a Monday morning and Tony was at my door that afternoon to find out why the rear, driver side door window of my BMW had dropped halfway down and would not move. He expertly took the door inside off and found that the regulator motor had failed and gave me the repair estimate. I had to order the parts because the item is no longer stocked by BMW. The parts arrived 5 days later, I called Tony, and the next day he was out to install the new motor and regulator and put the door back together - not a simple task. Tony is a magician and expert with auto glass and the electrical/mechanical that make it work. I highly recommend a call to CGC (ask for Tony) if you have auto glass issues.

Dave answered and was very polite and helpful. He said he would have someone call me back and come out to fix a broken window on my sisters car and sure enough they delivered. The window was fixed, broken glass vacuumed, and car was secure again within thirty minutes. I am truly impressed. It is refreshing to find a professional and responsive business these days. Called Friday to book and the job was done early Saturday morning (love that they come to you!). I had a large crack that stretched across the entire windshield and the price was fair while not breaking the bank and it was cheaper than Safelite! Tony did SUCH an excellent job! He gave a timeframe of 45-60 minutes to complete the replacement and finished in less than 40 minutes. Very professional and upbeat communication from all staff members from the moment I first called to book to the moment the job was completed. I feel safe driving on the highway again. :)

What can I say this company is professional and the technician is amazing and wonderful. Troy came early to the appointment was friendly helpful explained everything that he was doing got the job done in under 45 min and came prepared. Tested the window out works amazing no complaints here. I would recommend Troy for any window repair. Definitely recommending this company to my friends and family.

If I could give these guys more stars I would. Awesome service and extremely fair prices. I was visiting family in the Annapolis Junction area and my vehicle was broken into on a Sunday morning. I called these guys at 6am on a Sunday morning and they were there at 7:30 replacing my window and I was on the road at 8:30. Unbelievable service.
