My vehicle was recently involved in a slew of car burglaries in the metro-Memphis area. Making matters worse, I was in the hospital battling a life-threatening condition as the burglary occurred. After being notified that my vehicle had been broken into, I was reminded of a friend that had glass replaced by Shaw's and how well the experience went over. I placed a call to Shaw's, got a quote, was offered same-day service, and that service was delivered as promised. They even took the time to vacuum out some of the glass from the vehicle. I HIGHLY recommend them!!

Overall it was a good experience as far as the installation goes. However, there were a couple of things that held a little weight in my mind, which was timing. My appointment was at 9am, didn't get my car until a little after 12noon, and had to call them🤔 I was told it would take bout 1.5hr. And yes, i was there on time.😉 Secondly, there was a panel on the inside of the car by the window that seemed to have come apart from the installation, im assuming because it wasn't like that when i brought the car in. Really didnt notice it til i got home. But overall, it was a pretty good experience. Hadn't had any issues with the window since the installment. Thanks Shaw!

3 stars because all the glass was not cleaned out and for $318… sheesh hun. Here I am putting my infant in the car and there was glass in the seatbelt slot as I pulled it out and still on the seat. Service timing was convenient and I appreciate that but I’ve been heading rattling since and I’m sure it’s likely glass

My windshield started to crack at the top edge of the window, without anything pinging it! Replaced it while I was visiting Memphis and regret it. I was trying to support a black business but it didn't pay off. I replaced the windshield before it started to spread in Atlanta and paid significantly less. I wouldn't recommend this establishment to my worst enemy.

I was very fortunate that I did not have to wait over a week to get my auto glass (front driver window) due to the local shortage as a result of situations beyond their control. I called and got an appointment the same day! Very professional and courteous. Highly recommended!
