I got sent to Shelby's because of my auto insurance glass replacement requiring calibration. When I got there (at 8am) the staff was ready before opening, gave me a good estimate on time expectation. They even turned on the T.V to a childrens channel for my 5 and 6year old. Very friendly and knowledgeable, and realistic with your expected rate time. I would suggest them for your auto glass replacement and calibrations, and will use them again if/when required.

Brought my car in to get Lane deviation calibration done after a windshield replacement. They were right on time for my appointment and I was out in less time than they said it would take. Clean office and I could see into the shop, very clean work area. Friendly and professional, and I like that it seems to be a family operated business. Excellent service and very high quality of work. I scheduled my windshield replacement after a rock hit it a couple of days before in Phoenix. My appointment was at 11am, I got there a few minutes before and got it right away. The technician said it will take between 30-40 minutes, and by 11:35 I was ready to roll. Highly recommended. Shelby Auto Glass hooked it up!! Efficient, Quick, Knowledgeable and Great Customer Service! 👍🏼 They replaced the front windshield on my 2011 Kia Sorento and installation completed without a hitch. They even fixed the molding on the sides of the windshield that the last company messed up, and got my water sprayer working too! They have a shop you can take your vehicle to or you can utilize their mobile service as well. Locally Owned Small Business that I HIGHLY RECOMMEND :))

I am not a car guy. Farthest thing from it, without going full Amish. But the Shelbys made this the easiest car thing I've ever done, start to finish. Super efficient on the phone. Super reasonable prices. Super quick service. And super positive checkout at the end - enjoyed the brief chat. You know when you've got a cool doctor who breaks down how to handle your post-operative care simply and smoothly, and when you ask a question it's already in the little instruction pamphlet he's handing you, which is good, because you already forgot the first two things anyway? And you know then you're in good hands, so the next time you get hit in the face by the ball you know who to call? Yeah. That, but with my windshield. 5/5, would recommend, and looking forward to the cameo on the Peaky Blinders Tucson Spinoff.
