Had my window smashed on a Friday night and the next morning, I arrived at Southwest Auto Glass and the front desk technician was very professional and managed to fit my car into their daily schedule considering they close earlier on Saturdays. They had my car ready before noon with my window glass replaced good as new! I highly recommend Southwest Auto Glass for any replacement of windows. I would give these guys 10 stars if possible. I came in SWAG with no appointment on Saturday. They quoted me a price. I shopped them and they were the best price. Their shop and employees were all super professional. Their instal time was very quick. These guys are the best their is in El Paso. Second very valuable point I would like to make is I am from Georgia, I own a freight hauling business. These guys never tried to take advantage of that. Called to have my windshield replaced on my vehicle via mobile service. Installer comes out,and I am watching him. I see a small chip on the new windshield. I noticed hes covering it just perfectly when handling it,and when he put it in,he was trying to get it in pretty quickly.) I pointed out to him. He agreed and called and all this and that. Now am I accusing him of trying to cover it up without me noticing?Well if I wouldn't have been out there I would have never known since the chip is under where the weather stripping goes. Could have been an honest mistake,maybe not. Regardless,that's only part of the problem. Another guy calls and charges me. Came out to shy under 200 bucks. I ask whats on the charges. He mentions a few things that they didn't even do since the glass was chipped . Weather stripping was one of them. Had to ask him just to charge me the glass itself 3 times since that's all they did,and the glass was chipped to begin with. They set up an appointment for me to go in and get the problem fixed,but really? That's why I used the mobile service to begin with. I chose this place based on good reviews . Perhaps the good reviews are from people that are at work while their windshield gets replaced. Good thing I kept an eye on it ,as I always do on services around here. I never did go back to remedy the problem. Cars a beater,and my time is limited.Have two more cars that need replacements plus a piece of glass for my house. Not gonna be from here. SW Auto Glass on Montana is the best place to get your auto glass replaced. Chris talked to my insurance company, got me scheduled to come in 2 hours later (he did offer mobile installation) so he had time to get my windshield delivered. When I arrived he immediately inspected my vehicle, told me what would be done, and started on my car in 15 minutes, even though there were cars already being worked on and more came in after. Pleasant waiting area with soda machine. I heard the receptionist answering customer questions professionally, and offering drop off service to two ladies if they didn't want to wait. 45 minutes later I was paying my deductible, receiving printed instructions for care of the windshield in the first 24 hours, and on my way. They truly made a quick and pleasant resolution to an unexpected cracked windshield. Thanks to Chris and the crew at Southwest Auto Glass !

They are the true professionals! From getting an online quote, to scheduling an appointment via email, to having excellent service while there, I highly recommend Southwest auto glass! They even had kids books in the waiting room, which was awesome for my toddler. What I appreciated most was that there was a seamless transition from the online quote to the shop. I didn’t have to pull up the email to “prove” that I got the quote— they already had it in the paperwork. And they are very reasonably priced. You don’t get this kind of customer service just anywhere.

AWESOME SERVICE! Quick and VERY-VERY-GREAT PROFESSIONAL customer service from the phone call, to the "hello" in person, to the crew replacing the windshield, to the payment, ALL THE WAY to us driving out of the parking lot. This company did an excellent job making us, the customer, feel as if we were their top priority. I called and explained that I have a semi truck and the gentlemen, who answered the phone, told me that he could get us right in as we were driving through El Paso, that he had the part in stock. I was very surprised that they would have a volvo 670 windshield in stock so I asked twice and he entered my vin number and confirmed that they did indeed have the windshield in stock. 3 hours of driving and pulling into the location— this company had us out within 15 to 20 minutes from start to finish. Great all around experience. I definitely recommend this company. And for truckers with a 53 ft van this is an easy location to get off of the highway and to get back onto the highway. Two thumbs up!
