Today was the second time I’ve used Summit Auto Glass here in the Springs. Arturo replaced my wife’s front windshield a month ago, and just replaced my pickup’s back glass today. I called yesterday when I accidentally broke the glass myself loading something in the back of my truck - He replied promptly and then arrived at my house the next day (today) to replace it! Exceptional service and excellent workmanship on two of my vehicles now! I used Safelite for years thru USAA, but having Arturo replace my glass on site has saved me more money than going thru my insurance.PositivePunctuality, Quality, Professionalism, Value

I was not satisfied with the service I received from Arturo with Summit Glass. The windshield looks great, however; when the windshield was replaced the cowl clips were broken, leaving the windshield to sound as though it is not stable. When I voiced these concerns to Arturo I was told I could order the clips and he would put them on at no charge. However! I feel if parts are broken by the individual/company replacing the windshield, those parts should be ordered and replaced by that person or business. While I realize the clips are inexpensive, the matter lies in customer care and ethics within your business. If you want continued business and referrals to grow your business, customer care needs to come first.

I locked myself out of my van first day to colorado springs December monday night. I had no choice but to break a window and crawl inside. I searched 6 junkyards no window. Summit Auto Glass LLC had my window Tuesday around 5.30pm (80$) cheaper vs all other shops saying it would be 3 days and (100$) more. The owner was very nice and helped me install the window. It took work as rust set in a few everywhere on my vehicle. I definitely reccomend giving this man a call. Great service and customer care!

Arturo did an awesome job in replacing our windshield and was super personable. He noticed a previous installation issue, probably from a previous replacement, and let me know what he found. He didn't have to do this, but it is this type of personal care that I prefer and look for when paying for any service. I also liked that he took the extra time to properly dismantle wipers/trim/etc to prep the job surface correctly to ensure a proper seal when placing the glass. I strongly recommend Arturo's services and will use him again if needed in the future.

We had an 11:30 appointment today and they texted they are here at 11:22. I went outside at 11:30 (I couldn’t go out sooner due to a work meeting) and no one was there. I checked my camera and no one came to the house. I texted and called them and they are ignoring me. This happened last week with them as well. I haven’t been able to drive my vehicle because this keeps happening. I wish if they planned on coming early they could warn me so I can be ready for their arrival. Showing up 8 minutes early and leaving before our appointment even starts did not even give me a chance and they lost money on gas driving to my house and not completing the service we agreed upon scheduled at 11:30. Arturo is now responding to me but is acting like this is my fault for not responding to him immediately when he showed up early. I wish he would apologize and come back. That would be reasonable and good customer service. I would never leave a job site before the job is even scheduled to start. He should not be showing up 8 minutes early in the first place and if he does he should wait till 11:30 before texting me or at least before leaving. He acts as if everyone should be on his time. We all are working and doing our best!

Scheduling an appointment was easy, the services come straight to your home which was the best service and convenience you can get, the technician was very professional and communicated clearly the process of what was going to be done to my vehicle. The quality of the replacement glass was top-notch, I’ve called multiple auto glass companies in the springs for a quote and no other company can compete with these prices .
