I reached out to Sun Auto Glass for an estimate on a back passenger side, small window that was broken. I reached out also to four other auto glass companies. Sun Auto Glass gave me the best price out of all of them went out of their way to get the product shipped from the manufacturer directly to them ASAP, and within a very short amount of time did a perfect job of installation. Friendly. Efficient. Excellent to work with. Great all-around experience!

Tree branch speared my windshield. First time ever. Did some quick Google research, discovered Sun and then spoke with Frank, who provided me with some pricing and timing options over the phone based on my Mini Countryman specs. Took the car in the next morning, was done by early afternoon. I thought Frank (and his brother in law, Andy) were great explaining things and doing everything they could to keep price down and save parts that sometimes get cracked when removing and replacing a windshield. They seemed highly experienced, honest, and intent on doing a great job. And they did! The windshield looks great (they even salvaged my registration sticker, which seems unsalvagable!), like the original. I wouldn't hesitate to bring my or my wife's car here in the future if we again have the need. Thanks guys!

This guy passes on the credit card fees to you for getting your windows tint. He installed Llumar 20% on my 335xi sedan but forgot to do anything about the weather stripping. These cars need mole skin installed to do the tint properly. So when I went to roll my windows down I instantly got vertical lines. I contacted him about the issue and he basically blamed my car and said "not my problem". He tossed every kind of excuse out at me for not covering it. So now I have had to put on the tint protector on my own (took me like 5 minutes to do per door and that stopped new scratches from forming on the tint. My tint is still scratched on all 4 windows and he refuses to do anything about it. Just know that this guy will not support any issue on your tint. No reason to spend Three hundred with him when you can go to tons of other installers in Newark who would do it for 1/3 the price and back it up with a lifetime warranty on the film and labor for ANY issue. I have made this mistake and learned my lesson. I hope you can learn from my experience. Also he was veryyyyyy reluctant to give me the Llumar warranty card and even then did not fill out the entire card with my car details like the VIN number. Sun Auto Glass is a shady business Buyer Beware!!!!! If you want to see what his work is like, I would be willing to meet with you so you can see it with your own eyes.

I'm currently sitting here now and frank himself is working on my 2016 F150 King Ranch , this is my 4th vehicle I'm bringing to him and NEVER EVER had any issues with any tint job under his management here , I called at 3:25pm asked if he had availability and he said just come down we will take u knowing they close at 5 , made it in half hour light traffic and they are almost done with my truck QUALITY SERVICE here since my first experience 👍👍👍, worth every penny great staff much respect

March 2025 Update I brought 2nd commuter car to Frank to tint windows because I had a good experience with other car, and I found a chip & crack on the front windshield. He took my car in on the same day that I called in and completed tint on all 5 windows. AND took extra time to repair the chip and the crack. He repaired the damage almost invisible, but more importantly he sealed and secured the crack from extending further. He is very transparent about the repair and risks and very thorough about the service before he started working on my vehicle; which reflect his experience and professionalism. I highly recommend Frank of Sun auto glass. ************************************************ After reading many good reviews from google i visited this location for windshield repair of my new car. He was able to take my car in immediately and explained the repair process in detail. In 30mins he repaired the windshield it was perfect! Awesome, awesome, and awesome place. The manager "Frank" will make sure that you're happy with you glass replacement. I did lookup multi places where they have way more expensive price services. I can say that I'm satisfied with the service I had, same day the job was finished. You cannot expect something like the brand new car, but the work is very satisfying and worth 4.5 star.
