First of all Daniel and Aaron were awesome and this is why I'm giving 3 stars. However Ricki the office person leaves a lot to be desired and is rude. After waiting 5 full hours for the technician to show up I text the owner and told him to tell his technician not to show up. At 4 hours into the long wait, the technician called and gave me the old worn out “flat tire” excuse and said he be at my place in about 45 minutes. He just showed up an additional 35 minutes after the 45 minutes was up. I left home after 5 hours of waiting because the last thing I wanted was a tired technician replacing my windshield in a hurry. I would not recommend this company because of their lack of communication with the customer, their company having several different names and phone numbers, and the overall sketchiness of the whole initiating a glass claim.

These guys are a some, had my windshield replaced quickly and the tech was very professional.

Don't use them if u expected cash back. They don't up hold the 140 to 200 cash back.
