I was referred to Suncoast Auto Glass by another shop/dealership after I had to pay out of pocket for a new windshield. My insurance did not cover the specific situation that led to the damage. They beat the quotes I received from other shops by a significant amount. The price for both the windshield replacement and ADAS recalibration was extremely reasonable. Once I arrived, the service was incredibly fast. The entire job took about an hour and a half, which was just enough time for me to get breakfast at McDonald's and walk back. The ADAS system works exactly as it did before and is tracking lanes perfectly. The only small issue I noticed was that some glass shards were left on my seat and dashboard. It was not a big deal, and I cleaned it up myself. Still, I suggest they consider investing in a cordless shop vac, like the ones from Milwaukee or Hercules at Harbor Freight. It would significantly improve the overall finish of their service. I am not taking off any points for this, but I hope they consider my feedback. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service, the speed, and the value they provided. I would absolutely recommend them.

Jeff was the tech from Suncoast Auto Glass who replaced the glass on my wife's Prius. He was positive, accommodating, and professional. During the visit he showed me that the glass he brought was the perfect fit, except that the location of the mirror holder was just very slightly lower. He drove to his warehouse and back, which added close to 2 hours to his job. I felt bad about this, and he said: no worries, Suncoast wants all of their customers to be 100% happy and satisfied. I certainly am! Also the person who coordinated the appointment with me, Jenna, was a pleasure to work with. Overall I'm very impressed with Suncoast, they're excellent, and I highly recommend them.

In January of 2021 my windshield cracked and I notified my insurance company who referred me to SAFELITE. I requested an OEM windshield due to the sensors with a new vehicle requiring an OEM replacement and not some knock off. SAFELITE informed me they would have to order the windshield since I was requesting the OEM replacement instead of one of their aftermarket models. After 6 weeks of waiting I contacted my insurance and informed them that 3 local dealerships had my OEM windshield and the dealership recommended Suncoast for the installation. I contacted Suncoast and Roy confirmed they could have the windshield replaced with the OEM model within 3 days. This was accomplished as promised by Steven and Bill who showed up on time at my house and replaced the windshield within 30 minutes. Excellent job! Quality OEM windshield, and Friendly and expert installers. Watch your back Safelite! I was introduced to Suncoast due to a landscaping company hit my rear driver window with a rock from the mower. The day the window broke Suncoast had already reached out and scheduled my appointment. If MY schedule would have permitted it would have been completed the very next day after the accident. For the record it’s a 14 year old car and they had the glass readily available. Appointment day I received a call from my Tech Daniel. He arrived when he said and immediately started working on my car. The first and most recognizable portion of his great customer service was explaining the process to me and then making sure his work area was clean and safe for him and me. The entire time Daniel was extremely thorough and OCD about every part of his job. I refuse to take the time to “review” normal expected service, but when a company shines like this. Things must be shared!!! Thank you very much Suncoast! THANK YOU VERY MUCH DANIEL!! I have a 12 inch crack in my windshield and LYNX through State Farm recommended Suncoast Auto Glass. They came to my employer Tuesday unprepared with tools needed to replace windshield, they told me Wednesday am 3/23 it would be done. Called since I did not hear from them and representative told me that since Thursday was going to be a rainy day we said that Friday would be the next day, I stated that I was not happy with the consent run around with scheduling and I would give them until Friday. The person that has tool is in the hospital and they need more time. This has inconvenienced me the whole week I went ahead and cancelled the repair. The first repair person Chase had no vocal skills. Did not call me before arriving to my employer to complete repair & arrived late afternoon hours later than what I was told. No communication skills.

I had them install e rear glass in the hatch of my 2007 Ford edge.... The installer came out and installed the glass....BUT..they they left busted glass all over ground left glass all in the car........ Glass all in the hatch and when I called in to complain about it they sent the same gentleman out to fix the problem and he vacuum it out but didn't clean the hatch out they're still glass rolling around in the hatch so to my experience I would not use this company again I give them the opportunity to fix and they did not. So now I've got to pull the interior trim panel off and vacuum the glass out myself.
