husband and I locked ourselves out of our motor home while visiting Natchez State Park and, of course, our phones, wallets, etc were inside. And, of course, it was SATURDAY. Using our campsite neighbor's phone, we tried contacting various locksmiths and they were closed with no emergency number. The park ranger couldn't help us; the sheriff couldn't help us. One of my phone contacts indicated that they also could not help us, but to TRY contacting the folks at Super Auto Glass. I called...the phone was answered...and although they were closing for the day to run errands themselves, Tony and his wife agreed to come out and see what they could do. Well, our coach is very well made and try as he might, Tony could not "pop the lock", so we agreed that breaking a window was our only solution. He taped the window and broke it and a young boy from the campsite wiggled through to unlock the door. Then Tony and his wife cut a piece of cardboard to fit our broken window and taped it so we could safely go home where we got our window repaired. Hi, I have used this business before, the first time very professional installing a windshield very polite!! Months later called on a Friday to have a driver side motor and window put back on track, he told me that he was very busy that he would call me after he got caught up, maybe it was a misunderstanding on my part. Well I messenger him on Saturday to see if he could do it then, well no response, maybe he didn’t use messenger, which I can understand. I called Monday and he CUSSED me out because I said I waited on him to call me back on Friday!! Like I said I could miss understood him on what he told me!, well know customer should be cussed out, and told me to not call back again!! Does he really think I would call him back!! On a Sunday evening, Anthony with Super Auto Glass answered the call and responded to my lock out situation before either of my roadside assistance requests had been addressed. He had my 4Runner unlocked within 10 minutes! Appreciate their prompt response and will likely make the trip to Natchez to have them replace my windshield when the time comes. Visiting Natchez for a family funeral, the day before Thanksgiving and woke up at 4 a.m. to a call from front desk of hotel saying our car had been broke in. Called and asked about a window replacement, ordered my window got it replaced way faster than expected. They became my lifesaver because I had a 4 hour drive back to Arkansas that I didn't want to make in the cold with no driver side window. Totally awesome guy and family. Truly a wonderful person and great service. God Bless You Guys!!!!

I had 7 rock pecks on my windshield. And the owner was so nice and honest. He told me repairing my rock pecks were unnecessary. He told me if they had lines in it he would repair them. I placed an order for one of their hands free windows for rural Carriers for my 2012 honda crv, they said that they could do it. It's been almost a month since I placed my order and my card has not been charged and I have yet to have seen anything shipped to me from them. I've tried contacting them numerous times through email and by phone and no one calls me backor emails me back about when my window will be here. If I could leave zero stars at this point I would.
