SuperGlass Windshield Repair of Springfield

I received a rock chip to my windshield this morning while driving. Not only did my windshield get repaired today (same day) at a reasonable price, they also came to my work to do the job!! It is hardly even noticeable. Looks like a small bug remnant really! Nate was very nice & professional!! I highly recommend!!

I contacted Joey Smith last week to schedule a windshield repair (rock chip), primarily based on these reviews. Joey came to my house Saturday and satisfactorily performed the repair in a timely manner. Joey was extremely courteous and explained the procedure as he was repairing my windshield. I medium sized rock chip was reduced to a very small "dot" that is not really visible unless you are looking for it. I would highly recommend Joey to my friends and family! I would also like to thank everyone who took the time to write a review. I had intended to use another company, until I read that company's reviews, so this probably saved me a negative experience with that company.

Excellent service and very fast response! I recently got a small crack in my windshield. After reading several online reviews, I called the SuperGlass mobile number and got Chris (the owner) on the phone. Because he was between jobs he was at my house in 20 minutes! He explained the process of the vacuum pump and was very careful to fill the crack. He checked the repair from both outside and inside my car, wanting to get it as nearly perfect as possible. After the crack was sealed he scraped it down and buffed the area to completely blend in the repair. My windshield is now as good as new and I don't have to worry about that little crack turning into a full blown windshield replacement. Thanks, Chris!

I am raiting them for their customer service only. They may do good work. I wouldn't know. But not from lack of trying. I tried to contact them several time's by phone and internet. They never would get back with me. I guess they dont need the business. I found this unprofessional.

This gentleman, Nate, came out to my house right after i had a rock hit my windshield within 30 minutes was here and repaired my windshield - Awesome. Very responsible and responsible person to deal with. Will get another call from me if this happens again. Thank for your service.

I got a windshield chip coming back from Silver Dollar City. I call Super Glass when I found them on the internet. He came to my house within 1.5 hours of my call, was courteous, friendly and very efficient. My windshield was fixed in 20 minutes and I can't see where the crack was. Also the cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend Super Glass. Great Job!!
