Superior Windshield Repair

10/10 recommend these guys. And the fact that it's a family owned business makes it all the better. I've used Superior for windshield/window replacement a number of times over the past 15 years and they ALWAYS do a fantastic job. And then there was this one time 2 years ago when we got the windshield replaced in my Tahoe by a different company bc it was insanely cheap and we were trying to save money at the time, and I was dumb and stupid and didn't know better. Well, from day one after the replacement I knew I'd screwed up. There was so much wind noise inside my truck every time we drove on the highway. And then my Tahoe started leaking water into both footwells about a year later. The carpet was getting saturated over and over every time it rained. It was so frustrating; I literally had no idea who to call to figure out where the water was coming in from. I decided to call the people at Superior who have always done good work for me. Bobby tracked down the leak, tore the windshield out, and discovered a factory weld failure on the body of the truck beneath the windshield. He worked tirelessly for us cleaning up the nightmare of a mess that the previous windshield company had made of my truck, and then repaired the factory weld failure, thus solving our water leak issues. He went above and beyond for us to get this leak fixed. I could never in a thousand years describe how appreciative I am for the job he did. Thank you so very much Bobby. You are a godsend. Also, no more cheap windshield companies for me. I don't care how cheap they are.

This is such an ideal example of what a local and independent business should look like! Kenneth really went out of his way to accommodate my needs, and to provide me with the services I needed. Unlike big corporations or franchises, I could feel that I was genuinely treated honestly, and that Kenneth and his employees only did the repairs that were needed for me, without pushing me to pay for any extras. I had some rust issues, and they really made sure the work was done right so the repairs will last. I had a very positive experience, and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for good and affordable service, while supporting local businesses!

I had a nasty crack that grew very quickly from 1 inch to over two feet within hours. I needed replacement right away and Superior was the only provider within a reasonable area who could order the special windshield required (Infiniti - ugh) and get the work done within a couple days. Everyone else was at least a week. Ken, the owner, was great! We only needed a few brief calls to make a plan. Ken took my vin# and did all the research. I had to go through insurance and Ken was great at explaining how the process works. He deals with insurance all the time which helped me since I was new at this. Our insurance approved working with Ken immediately. At the time of our appointment, we drove up to the shop and two very nice employees made us right at home. Ken also took the time to explain to me how the replacement works, and when we got ready to leave, I noticed they had taken the oil change stickers from our old windshield and put them on our new one. They also vacuumed the interior of the car. I was in/out very quickly. It was a great experience and I'd recommend Superior Windshield to everyone. You can't go wrong. Great company, came here after some bad luck on 495 in Virginia. Called these folks to inquire about getting the glass replaced with a OEM Toyota Windshield. My cars security features won’t work properly with aftermarket. They were able to quote me for the replacement and even negotiated with my insurance company for them to pay for the more expensive replacement. They were flexible with scheduling and I was in and out in 1 hour. Had the glass replaced and camera reprogrammed at the same place and everything functions properly. Totally satisfied customer. Superior, a small family owned business with a long history and experienced staff, replaced the rock damaged windshield on my '21 Chrysler Pacifica. Technology, with cameras that "see" through windshields, has made such repairs an advanced job where you want the right tech using the right equipment to ensure it all works properly after the repair (i.e., calibration). Superior checks those boxes. I was also impressed with the friendly and knowledgeable front office staff. Insurer approval was required to use OEM glass. Superior handled this not so easy task and kept me informed. Highly recommend.

Found out just before a holiday weekend that my side window had been smashed. Got some quotes and this place was over a hundred bucks cheaper than the first place I checked. Called immediately and was told that they were booked up for the day and wouldn't be back until after the holiday weekend. I said that was fine, but he told me he'd call me right back after he checked with his supplier. Called me back and told me he could squeeze me in today. Got my car back later that afternoon (right before a big thunderstorm came through, whew!).
