The Windshield Doctor

I had a fantastic experience with Ed from the Windshield Doctor! He was incredibly flexible and worked around my schedule to get my repair done. I really appreciated how he was kind enough to communicate with me via text, making the whole process so much easier. He kept in touch with me until we could connect. He even helped with my insurance, getting the claim started and coverage taken care of. The service was quick, efficient, and professional. On top of that, he was very respectful and made sure everything was handled smoothly. Highly recommend!

My daughter had a chip/ crack windshield driving home from college, I thought that I may need to replace it, so call Safelite, Autoglass and another windshield company. Each range from 1100-1300 Safelite being the most expensive. As I was going thru business cards at home, I remember I had Ed’s business card so I called him. Ed came out, said these companies are very over priced to replace a windshield, said he’ll do his best to repair it. Man we can even tell the windshield was cracked an chipped. Definitely would recommend using Ed first before you replace your auto windshield.

Ed was quick to respond for a quote to fix a rock chip in my windshield and came by the next day. Super friendly guy and he did a great job! His prices are very reasonable too and you get peace of mind because he’s a pro. Probably would have taken me twice as long to do it myself and wouldn’t have come out as good as he got it to! Will be calling him again when the inevitable next time hits!

Ed and his service was top notch! I called immediately after I heard the rock hit my windshield. Ed and I coordinated our schedules and the location to meet. He showed up just like he promised, was personable and friendly. Ten to fifteen minutes (10-15 mins) later, he was paid and I had a repaired window! He even gave me a helpful local referral for another service not even related to windows or rock chips. Great guy! Thanks, Ed!

After a rock hit my windshield in my drive home, I called Ed the next day. He answered my call immediately. We chatted over the phone at 8am and he was over my place by 11am! He was able to fill the small crack to prevent further cracking. He was kind, professional, and efficient. While I hope to never have to call him again, I know who to reach out to if I have issues with my windshield!!

So we called Ed to repair what we thought was a crack in our windshield. He told us to drive 20 minutes to a parking lot that would be more convenient for him instead of coming to us. Upon arriving he told us the chip had already been repaired, reading other reviews they say he didn’t charge anything for the trouble of coming to their homes and saying the same thing but I assume since we’re from out of town and won’t be returning business he charged a pretty steep 40$ service fee for his time driving to a location he chose. Feel like we’ve been scammed and wouldn’t recommend using him if you’re not from Denver I guess
