They were the cheapest out of 5 local shops. Came exactly when they said they would in a snowstorm. Both guys were friendly and quick. Definitely would recommend to friends and family. Thanks for great service.

I call on a Thursday and they tell me that they have a guy who's at bike week, they can't do it until Monday, just call back he'll fit me in any time that day. I asked again, just call and you will get me in on Monday? Oh yeah, yeah no problem. He's at bike week, he'll be back, yadda Imagine my surprise 😒 when I call on Monday and they're suddenly swamped and get get me in. I own a business myself. I know what this is. The guy I spoke to simply didn't have time for it. And what does bike week have to do with my service request? Poor priorities and poor management

I've been using them for a few years now and they're always on time they do a good job clean up right and installed right never problem and guaranteed can't beat them good guys prompt service too !

Great experience today having replacement glass done on my 2015 Silverado. From answering my questions and scheduling to promptness of arrival and quality of work, I give them an A+ all the way around. My tech was Jimmy and he was professional and courteous. I highly recommend them for your auto glass needs!

Always a great experience. The staff is friendly and communicative. Service is fast and reasonably priced. It's nice to deal with a local company - if your insurance refers you to safelite, you can request 3 Rivers and it's still covered as they are a preferred provider.
