Titan Auto Glass

No one wants a crack in their windshield, especially if it has to be completely replaced. I called my car dealership, Cityside Subaru, for a referral and Titan Glass in Woburn is not only their choice but I could choose to go to Titan or to Cityside in Belmont to get the job done. I called Titan Glass and had the upmost pleasure of speaking with Karla, completely professional, beyond helpful and a date was set. I am very happy, but not surprised, that Shaun with Titan Glass did an outstanding job, he changed the glass and recalibrated all the pertinent systems and away I drove with a new windshield and a generous warranty. I found Titan Glass online and decided to go with them based on the reviews and I couldn't be happier. Due to a family emergency they were able to reschedule my service date and the communication with both Carla and Shaun the owner was exceptional. On the day of my appointment Shaun was early, waiting for my arrival and ready to do the install. It was was clear to me that he takes a lot of pride in the quality of his replacements and I'm so glad I didn't go to the national chain replacement shop my insurance company sends people to save $ at the consumer's expense. I have had my new windshield for about a month with absolutely no issues. Couldn't be happier with my Titan Auto Glass experience!

Absolutely perfect! If you're like me and like to over-research everything and be super diligent to find the best of everything, you can stop your search right now. Beforehand, I had a horror story w/ SafeLIte. Short version: I had a tiny knick (the size of a fingernail) in my Volvo XC40's 2024 windshield, they came to my apartment to "repair" it and they caused a 1-foot long crack. They instantly said I'll now have to replace the entire windshield, and GEICO and SafeLite immediately scheduled me for a full replacement next week (I'd have to pay SafeLite $100 the deductible even though they were the ones who broke my windshield). I looked up a bunch of places near Cambridge/Somerville, but most places were decent reviews were 1-hr away via driving. Some had horrible reviews (e.g., Ideal Glass has 11 reviews, 5 of which were normal folks complaining about how he drove very dangerously on the highway and had road rage). Many small shops have also been acquired by the two large nationwide chains. After 6 weeks of casually checking Google and Yelp once a week, I finally stumbled upon Titan. Unsure how I didn't notice it earlier. Soon as I first called them and Karla answered the phone, I immediately knew my car would be in safe hands. She explained everything, including how their sole repairmen (and owner) uses higher quality adhesives so the windshield is more secure and faster. She also handled some annoying back-and-forth with GEICO for me; as GEICO approved using OEM glass, but the 3rd party that verifies my windshield is actually cracked did not approve OEM glass. Karla made calls and handled this annoying non-sense for me. On the day of my appointment, I handed my keys to the owner/repairman Shawn. We had a great, lengthy conversation -- including how much we each care about our professions and the customers we each serve. It was clear my car couldn't have been in better hands. It was fixed promptly. I cannot recommend this place enough. If I could somehow invest or support this company more, I would. It may sound hyperbolic, but it's small mom-pop type of stores like this that are the epitome of commerce and delivering quality work/products. I had my windshield replaced by Shaun at Titan Auto Glass today. He did it in the parking lot where I work, and that was very convenient for me. He did an excellent job as always. This this the fourth windshield, for my last 2 cars, in the past 10 years that Shaun has replaced for me. I keep breaking them and he always replaces them for me. I’ve never had any issues with Titan’s work, no leaks or any other problems, ever. The staff at Titan are pleasant and professional. I placed a claim with Geico where I specified that the work was to be done by Titan. I was called by Titan about an hour after I had filed the claim. Support your local businesses. I highly recommend Titan Auto Glass.

I highly recommend Titan Auto Glass for any auto glass repairs. Shaun is highly skilled, diligent, and really cares about your vehicle and the quality of his work. Shaun replaced the windshield of my 2019 Ford Flex and I think he did a better job than the factory did when it was built. He even ordered side moldings ahead of time, because he knew they were prone to break and he installed everything back onto my windshield including my EZ pass, inspection sticker and oil change sticker. Shaun and his employees kept me informed throughout the process with the insurance company and were able to schedule my appointment in totally reasonable amount of time. If you love your vehicle, without hesitation, I would hire Titan Auto Glass.
