Super friendly front office staff and the technicians are extremely knowledgeable. They were able to get me in and on my way for a chip repair in under an hour for a super reasonable price! Also- they warned me that the chip would still be a little visible due to the initial depth, but I have to look extremely hard now to find it. They did a fantastic job! I will absolutely be back for any other glass work I may need and I highly recommend this shop for any work you need.

I decided to used this company based on the reviews to replace my windshield, but I will not recommend them after my experience. Now I always wash my car before taking my car somewhere to have work done and look it over, especially around the area that work will be getting done. I do this to make sure, I receive my car back in the same condition. Everything went well until they returned my car to me. There was a black substance (glue) on the interior of my light grey leather seat, gear shift, Etc. There was smudge swirl of some substance all on the hood, driver/passager front doors, hood and roof of my car. My car is Black and when clear everything shows if something is on the paint. I removed all of the substance visible with water and a soft cloth, I realized the was a glue like substance dried to the roof inches from the windshield. The location had already closed, so I called Monday morning. I took my vehicle back in and was told after that I could not remove the substance on my car ..."If you can find a car auto mechanic shop to tell you that this substance was caused by TITAN AUTO GLASS, we will take care of this!" I reminded him that I hand washed/dried my car prior to bring it to be repaired, and I had no damage to my paint. Nothing stuck on my car! There is no other reason for any substance like that to have been around my car. This place performed a messy job, is dishonest when call to fix their mistake. I wasn't angry when I saw the condition they returned my car in because soap and water could fix the smudge mark. Glue on my paint that is set in is a different story, and especially after not accepting responsibility for sloppy work, I am pissed. I was still respectful but extremely pissed. Please consider my experience and go elsewhere. This too could happen to you! A few hours after my post, I did receive a call for an attempt to resolve this matter. However, it was just that AN ATTEMPT TO PUT FOR AN EFFORT. I was given a story about cameras and pictures that I never got to see. I was told that their techs were never on the roof of my car. I asked to explain the smudging that was on my car that was consistent with on the hood beside the windshield and down down the front windows/doors(tinted windows). My black car was clean with none of these smudges and no problematic areas on my paint. People walk you vehicles with this company BEFORE you hand them your keys because it might not come back in the same condition! But think twice about using this company!

This was my second time using Titan Auto Glass Repair and once again the experience was outstanding. Jason was professional, efficient and incredibly friendly just like all the staff that work there. He repaired my windshield chip quickly and even gave me a promotional discount which was a pleasant surprise! It’s clear that customer satisfaction is a priority here. Highly recommend Titan Auto Glass. I travel frequently, so I've had the misfortune of needing a new windshield twice in the last year. Both times, Jason was able to get me taken care of within 24 hours of contacting him. Price is very affordable and the quality of service is exponentially better than anywhere else I've been previously. Statistically, I know I'll need another windshield again in the next year or two, thanks to my travel frequency, and I already know Jason will have me taken care of. 10/10, highly recommend

We took a road trip last week, at some point a rock had chipped my windshield 😔 Not wanting it to grow into a large crack and then having to replace the entire windshield, I Yelped windshield repair and found Titan Glass had a lot of great reviews, so I decided I’d try them out… Upon arrival I was immediately greeted, asked how they could help, walked out to show where the chip was to repair and my car was taken back about 5 minutes after I arrived, for repair! Not long after I arrived, the kind lady (in photo) who greeted me, left for the day. A nice young lady (her hair was up in a bun) was left to close out the day, I had arrived 40 minutes before they were closing at 5. She was extremely helpful, patiently answered all of my questions, regarding windshield replacement and even gave me the Yelp discount, they offered for “checking in”! Sorry, I didn’t ask your names🤦🏻‍♀️ About 21 minutes after the tech had taken my car back, it was returned and my windshield was brand new again. There is a bit of a scar left, when windshields are repaired, but it’s so small, you really have to look for it. Which is minor, compared to leaving it, watching the Chip grow into a massive crack and having to replace my entire windshield for almost 5X what it cost to make a simple repair. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I’ll definitely be recommending Titan and return should I have anymore glass concerns with any of our vehicles.

So the rear glass of my vehicle was shattered and initially my insurance company said the cost would be under my deductible so I can just go to any glass repair shop of my choice. I Googled a few (and checked the reviews of course) and came across Titan. I reached out, made my appointment, and they were able to get me in the next day I believe. They took my vehicle to the back while I sat in the waiting area. The waiting area is clean with a television. The guy came back with bad news — they were unable to fix my rear glass because of other damage. he suggested that I go 2 mins. away to Caliber, which also happened to be a shop that works with my insurance company. I’m giving 5 stars because everyone was nice. They even put a plastic cover over my rear window, which really showed that they cared even if I wasn’t able to do business with them due to having to move forward with reopening my insurance claim. If I were to ever have any other glass issues on my vehicle or if anyone ever ask me if I would recommend anyone for vehicle class repair, they’d be the first ones that would come to mind based off of the customer service. They also said that they had a recommendation for a window tint shop, which I didn’t get, but I will definitely call them to see who they’d recommend for me to get my windows tinted. Thanks again for such great customer service.
