So far, so good. It's been two days, and the new windshield is working as it should. The tech's were friendly and professional. I'd call these guys again for future glass repairs. Update 2/3/21: The windshield on my Sentra is holding up 4 months later with no issues. Today, I had a new rear window installed on my Jeep. It only took about an hour, and it looks great! If you want to deal with an owner who will berate you in the middle of the street, you found the perfect business! I got my windshield replaced and I was very pleased with how fast Tom's was able to do it, until I got my car back and saw how crappy the installation was and found scratches in the leather on my dashboard from the glass they wiped away. When I called Tom to alert him to the damage his team had done, he was incredibly rude to me, accused me of lying about the damage, then ultimately agreed to fix it once I told him that my uncle is a lawyer and wouldn't hesitate to bring him to court. About a month later I walked out to my car and found a crack down the middle of my windshield once more, only this time the crack originated from under my rearview mirror on the inside (no chip on the outside of my windshield). I called Tom again for him to replace it under warranty since there was no way that I had caused this crack. He desperately tried to find a chip in the outside of the windshield to explain the crack, but when he couldn't he decided to instead blame me for "hitting my mirror too hard" which apparently didn't knock off my mirror, but split my windshield. I informed him that I had not hit my mirror and had witnesses in my car the night before to verify that the windshield was not cracked, but his only response was to scream at me that he wasn't going to cover it under warranty and call me names. I would NEVER recommend anyone do business with this man EVER! I have never been treated so disrespectfully in my life, especially by a business owner. I am reporting him to the Better Business Bureau and filing a claim in small claims court because I hope no one ever has to go through what he put me through. GO TO SAFELIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am a traveling registered nurse. I shattered my back windshield on a Saturday and they were able to install a new back windshield on Monday. They even installed a new front windshield for me that had a crack In it at the same time. Everywhere else wanted me to wait until Wednesday or Thursday and with how much traveling I do for work I couldn’t wait and he kindly and quickly took care of me. I will DEFINITELY be back for future needs. VERY nice crew.

We got out windshield repaired by Tom's auto glass last year. About a week later, the windshield started cracking from the side, under the molding. There was no point of impact. My partner and I believed it was most likely a stress crack due to incorrect installation. We brought it back into Tom's to have him replace it under the warranty. After explaining everything to him, he poked at our windshield with a pen, chipped a tiny bit of glass, and told us that was the point of impact. He then called the insurance company and filed another claim and made a profit off of his incorrect installation. We were upset by this, but I didn't cost us any and we got our windshield repaired so we just wrote it off. Today, I had the same windshield repaired by Luther Auto Glass. The technician at Luther discovered that Tom's Auto Glass had broken off the clips that hold the molding to the car, and had glued the windshield and the molding down. We now have to file yet another claim with our insurance company to get the clips replaced and have another technician clean up Tom's mess. Tom's auto glass has caused us to file two, completely avoidable, claims with our insurance company. Be careful when dealing with this business. I would not recommend getting your windshield repaired through Tom's Auto Glass.

Fabulous and prompt service on a windshield replacement. I have not had to replace any glass on a vehicle yet or deal with insurance and and my first time service was quick, honest, educational, and fair. I had a long conversation with Tom and another customer in the lobby and it is clear that Tom is in business to help people with his deep knowledge and passion for cars. This is a place that treats you like a person not a customer. As a woman it is really important to me to get this kind of service at car repair places.

TEN STARS!!! Fantastic experience with Tom! We hit a pheasant on our way to St. Cloud for the weekend. We called him and he went above and beyond to get us in and our windshield fixed. He had my husband bring our truck to the shop and gave him a ride back to our event. We found a ride back to his shop when it was done but he was more than willing to drop our car off. He also took care of all the insurance details...we literally hit a pheasant, went to our event and had our car back, perfect, with no effort of our own. Tom is a fantastic guy and I cannot recommend his shop enough. If I could rate more than 5 stars, I would!! Thanks again, Tom!!
