The person on the phone told us there would be a 1 hour wait from start to finish. She assured us multiple times so we went. We sat there for 4 hours appalled at how long it took. We finally left and called them to speak with a manager. We were told the manager would call us within the hour (notice the theme here?) And they still have not reached out to us. Got my glasses replaced by them once needed to get new car windshield replacement. Filled out form online with car details and get an email back unsigned. ASKING: WHAT YEAR, MAKE AND MODEL. I replied SORRY I PUT THAT INFORMATION IN THE COMMENT SECTION. They never contacted me afterwards. 1) please fix your website so your IT/service dept doesnt have to ask redundant questions that are on your online form. 2) Really a great way to piss of a customer travel 45 mins to your location.

I have had the worst experience dealing with Tonys Autoglass! First off, to get anyone to return a follow up call on service is impossible and when you express your dissapointment it's a waste of time. I had to take my vehicle back three times to fix a problem caused by an improper installation and still had to take it to another company to fix the problem they created! In times like these, you expect to have at the very least, average service, especially from a family owned business. However, that was not the service I got from this establishment! I always try to support the local guy, but based on my experiences with this company I will think twice before doing that again! I strongly encourage anyone to keep away from this autoglass company! I will go as far to reaffirm that I am NOT a competitor of this company nor am I someone interested in taking business away from them. I am simply a consumer who had a terrible experience using thier services. I was simply looking for quality and service and I struck out! If this helps anyone to avoid an experience like mine, then I'm glad I took the time to write this review!!!

My new auto was vandalized while visiting in Tucson and I had to have a window replaced. Tony's Auto Glass was "the place to go" since I had a 2025 model car and getting the glass ordered and shipped was the challenge. Alma at the customer service desk was very kind, helpful and patient with me and my somewhat harrowing circumstances. She kept in touch frequently to provide updates on my vehicle and worked with me on the details and insurance. Super job by the technicians and office staff! I'd highly recommend Tony's!

I went to get a cracked windshield replaced at the Oracle location, they did do a good job and the windshield looks great however I immediately noticed that the windshield wipers weren't positioned correctly, something wasn't done right during the installation. I couldn't lift one if the wipers up because it would hit the hood of the car, seems like they were positioned too low if that makes sense. I went to the Irvington location since Oracle is closed on the weekend, and they were nice enough to take a look and fix the problem. I feel a lot better and glad everything is where it should be, both locations were good it just is inconvenient that Oracle is closed on the weekends.

I don’t recommend this shady business because I took in my vehicle to have the windshield replaced without any prior issues with the ADAS front camera sensor. By the time I received my vehicle back the sensor was broken. They did not honor their mistake and blamed me, their customer for the broken sensor. There were NO prior issues with it until I had the windshield replaced. Do not go to them or you may have to deal with similar issues and left with a bill to have the part replaced.ServicesAuto windshield replacement
