Tri Valley Auto Glass

Tony & Tri-Valley Auto Glass is fantastic. At LAVTA we have a vintage bus, the Rideo Bus. The windshield on the bus was cracked and therefore the bus was out of service. Tony was able to fabricate an exact match for the window, down to the tint of the window. It fit perfectly. Thanks to Tri-Valley Auto Glass and Tony, the Rideo bus will again be used in parades & as an amazing token of the agencies past.

Sorry to say but really terrible job. I do not recommend this shop for chip repair. I get that as per your analysis this chip was not repairable but the chip repair job was really awful and unprofessional. Tony tried to repair but he didn't even clean the chip spot before applying the air ejector. After applying the air ejector messed it up the first time unmounting it midway and then tried the second time and poured the raisin over in an irregular manner. It was not a professional job at all and I don't recommend going to this shop for chip repair. Here is the difference between before(left) and after repair (right).

Highly recommended. I called a couple of the other bigger companies, and they all wanted me to come in for an appointment before giving a price. This shop made it real simple: quoted me a price on the phone and so I didn’t even want to shop around to see what others would charge. Genuinely pleasant on the phone, got me in as soon as I could get there and had my chipped windshield repaired in about 20 minutes at a reasonable price. Extremely pleased with the outcome and the service. I was even referred by another company that couldn't take me right away!

I had a horrific experience with Reno Dodge trying to get my windshield fixed. For over 2 weeks they never returned my calls. I finally got ahold of someone today 2/13. I was then hung up on, then called back and told my windshield will be $1300 due to front cameras and all the upgrades. I called Carson City Dodge and the service manager told me to call Tri-Valley. Ivy answered the phone and was amazing. She understood my situation, and listened to my concerns. Ivy looked up my durango by the vin # and behold my car doesn't have the front cameras that Reno Dodge is claiming it has. I have a appointment in a couple days to have the windshield replaced. I asked Tony if he would be able to re-upholster the weight bench we have used for 20+ years in our fitness studio, thinking it might be too small a job (they do gorgeous classic cars and other more extensive work regularly). He was very gracious, gave us a terrific dea, turned it around in one dayl and saved us from spending 5× the cost on a new bench. And the quality is OUTSTANDING.
