Very professional and fast to respond. I had called a few other shops but as soon as there is more than an impact like line of a few inches (even if really thin), they don't repair. We texted each other to find an appointment for a day with the right weather (ideally 50F and sunny). Did a great job repairing. I will be using Robb again in the future and recommending him to friends if they get chips or cracks as well.

Wow, amazing! I called this morning and he was here just a couple hours later, working me into his very busy schedule on this 95° day! He was so so so nice and did an amazing job. I can't even see my chips anymore! He also did this for half the price I was quoted at Safelite. They can do both cash or card, but cash is preferred so keep that in mind when preparing for them to come. He was also very quick! If I could give him 10 stars I would. I got a chip in my windshield today coming into the office. I am from out of town and was driving back to Canada on Friday and was afraid of getting hit again on my drive home. I called around to a few places who could not help me today or tomorrow as I leave back home in 2 days so I called Robert and he was able to come help me within 2 hours of my call. Very pleasant individual and his work is amazing. I could not find where my windshield had cracked, he did an amazing job and I would not hesitate for a second to recommend him to everyone and would call him in a second if this happens again. Super friendly! Very prompt. Very good pricing. Pays attention to detail. Did an awesome job with both cracks on my windshield. Really good at what he does and makes sure he's doing the job right and well without taking very long. I wasn't even able to notice the main crack after he was done. He made sure he cleaned up afterwards and there was nothing left over on my windshield. I was able to drive to where I needed to be immediately after he was done. No wait time. Very impressed. Would definitely recommend and go back, if needed.
