Five star service from beginning to end. This is my third windshield replacement in five years so we’re not new at this. This is the first for truefit and was by far the best. Lady at the front desk is just golden at her job. Called thinking I might get it filled but after inspection it was in line of sight so whole thing had to go. They did it all, called the insurance, made sure I got my manufacturer windshield not third party, was in and out less then two hours even with sensor recalibration. The only thing I did was photos for insurance. They deserve every star.

We returned from a week long vacation to discover the windshield in our truck had a huge crack up near the mirror and dash cam which wasn't really visible until we washed the truck. I called Trufit on Monday during my lunch break and they had me in there Wednesday morning. They told me it might take 2 hours because the collision sensor would need to be recalibrated but they had me done and on my way about 45 minutes earlier than expected. Everyone was friendly and polite and did not make me wait once I got onsite for my appointment either. Would not hestitate to use them again and will defiitely refer them to friends and family.

Our MDX windshield got cracked from a rock on the highway, the car had to go to the shop instead of mobile repair due to all the sensors behind the glass. The repair looked great but we had a bit of an issue with the paint near the center of the roof after we picked it up, I contacted TruFit and once we looked through pictures to confirm it happened there, they we very quick to apologize and offered to get it fixed right away. Their customer service was great and I would use them again if needed. Accidents happen, no big deal, it's how you respond after... they owned it and we moved forward, that's a company worth doing business with in my opinion.

EXCELLENCE! TruFit was a prayer answered. After more than 30 days of having a disabled vehicle due to a severely cracked (and growing!) front windshield, TruFit saved the day! The initial claim began with a different windshield replacement company recommended by our insurance company. The lack of responsiveness (45 days after the initial claim) from the other firm (who shall remain nameless), our insurance company allowed us to use TruFit. In less than 7 days, TruFit ordered and replaced our OEM windshield earlier than expected! TruFit additionally provided quality customer service. The facilities are highly professional and super clean. The customer waiting area in particular is a noteworthy work of art. We were well taken care of at TruFit. I called my local Toyota dealership (knowing they up-charge by a lot with almost anything) to replace my front windshield. The original quote for my 2009 corolla was over $1600. Then when I told the service advisor that I was going to call around, he texts me later (after I hung up, I knew they were wasting my time) that the price is only $1100 after they told me they don't need to reprogram the windshield for lane departure assist. I looked around for places and found TruFit Autoglass. I called and the person I spoke with quoted me at $300. They answered my questions, and the person I spoke with on the phone knew what she was talking about. Just got it done today (scheduled within a week despite the big snow storm we had recently), and it looks better than my original windshield. Feels every bit as sturdy as the OEM. They had me in and out in about an hour. Really great place, go with them and not the stealer (dealer).
