Amazing! My Honda windshield had three cracks that had met each other in the middle! I was referred to Trushield by a coworker and I am so glad! 1. They were the best price that I was quoted of the 5 in the Atlanta area that I contacted. They were straight up and didn't try to sell a line of BS like some of the others. I took my car in and the work was completed in a timely manner but there was a problem with the calibration. This shop went out of their way to rectify an unexpected issue to save me $1000. They did it! I appreciated them so much and will refer them to anyone that needs their services! I haven't seen clear glass in over a year!

We had went and stayed at a hotel with garage parking and had our new suburban broken into breaking a window. We had an hour and half drive home and didn’t want to have to drive without a window. We called Trushield and they got us in within the hour and already had tint on window. We could not have asked for a better service. The guys there were polite, emailed us everything we needed including directions. Thank you so much for taking care of us so quickly. I would highly recommend this business.

My experience dealing with this place is very limited but was still enough to make me want to share. I contacted TruShield Auto Glass because I wanted to switch out my 3 Series BMW sunroof “shade” for a personalized one that I had wrapped with a photograph. I called the day before coming in and spoke with a guy named De’Andre. De’Andre stated that before giving me a price, I’d need to bring it by for them to see. I made the appointment for the very next day. I arrived on time but I learned De’Andre was not there! There was a young guy there with very limited knowledge of what I was there for. This young guy drove my car around to the back of their establishment to look at what this job would entail. I thought there were actual people there that knew what they were doing. I was wrong. This young guy comes back out saying that this switching of the shade would cost $400! I asked why would it cost so much…? He stated that he was on the phone the entire time with De’Andre receiving instructions. He then stated that De’Andre stated the job would take 1 hour. I asked if their labor rate was $400 per hour… he responded no… I said so how could this cost $400 if the job only took 1 hour… De’Andre never returned for this appointment and the younger guy stated that De’Andre would give me a call to further explain. I felt as though this place saw a woman and thought they could take advantage of me. When my sunroof needed to be replaced, it didn’t cost me $400! There’s no professionalism with TruShield’s employees. I would not recommend this place to anyone especially us women. I would’ve given it zero stars if I could. Trust me people, DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE.

The guy Andre was extremely rude and unprofessional. I was told that my car window would be repaired in 2 hours but it ended up taking over 4.5 hours. After about three hours he comes into the lobby and tell me that my window replacement was harder than he expected and I asked him if I just need to take it elsewhere. That set him off into tyrant mode. He had a tantrum on me in the lobby and other clients witnessed it. After a heated exchange between him and I one of the clients that were waiting told him that I was right to be concerned about my car. He then told her that he wasn’t talking to her and then continued to aggressively come at me verbally. Once I saw that there was no reasoning with him I just decided to drop the matter and wait on my car. Once I got my car and left I realized that one of my door speakers were completely missing and the door lock wasn’t working properly. I made a much dreaded call back to him to explain what was wrong and he asked me how do I know that he did that. I FaceTime him to show the damage and eventually we agreed on me returning the next morning to get the matter resolved. Once I arrived I was greeted by a young man that was well mannered and asked me to show him what was wrong. He took my car to the back and had it repaired in about 30 minutes. So I spent over 5 hours during a 2 day period for something that I was told would take 2 hours. Not once did I get an apology for the inconvenience from Andre! Minus the young man that helped me the next morning, this place was horrible. I will never patronize this establishment again and I definitely wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Worse 420.00 I have spent in a long time.

Dre took care of me with the highest level of customer service one could ask for. I made an appointment at what is probably regarded as the most marketed auto glass replacement company and they said they would not do the work because the slip tank in the bed of my truck was in the way. I showed up at TruShield without an appointment with 30 minutes left before closing time. Dre told me he would help me out and get it done same day. The crew and Dre stayed an hour late to get it done. Kudos to them for making the extra effort. Do not go to the place that rhymes with ChafeWhite. Go to TruShield and ask for Dre.

Dre at True Shield hooked me up with Grade A service. I called here after one other place who tried to charge me nearly 1000$ saying they didn’t have my windshield after a week of waiting for my appointment. After speaking with Dre, he told me they would flat out charge me 330$ and that it could be done same day.
