I thought this place was great because they’re cheap, quick, and the employees seemed nice. I used them to replace the windshield and back glass on my HR-V and my boyfriend recently took his Sierra in for a new windshield. The glass itself is fine. For my car, I can hear broken glass in the hatch every time I open and close it. The sensor for my remote start wasn’t re-attached to the new windshield, which is fine, but should have been communicated. For the truck, there was broken glass all over the hood afterwards, the plastic piece that sits over the wipers was broken, and the visor that had to be removed is missing multiple bolts that hold it on. As disappointed as I am, I guess this is a classic case of “You get what you pay for.” Editing to add that they also forgot to replace the inspection sticker and told him to just wait another month to get it inspected since it was due soon. We’ve found screws and a couple brackets that fell down into the frame and have been rattling around since the windshield replacement. The owner (I’m guessing?) has blocked my boyfriend’s number to avoid taking any responsibility for this headache. It’s a shame because I had been giving their business cards to my coworkers in the auto industry to recommend them, but now I’ve made sure they know to go elsewhere if they need a windshield.

What an amazing experience after what I went through with a log hitting my winshield.. Took me in and didn't have to wait for the delivery of glass. THEY HAVE THEIR Own Warehouse FOR WINDSHIELDS. I was on my home from working which was 5 hours away and was able to get me back on the road in no time. The gentleman there were hospitable, brought me water and made sure I was warm and had everything I need. I recommended them for your auto glass repair needs.such a relief after calling around for an hour to have such great service. I was in dire need of a new windshield because of rock crack along the passenger side. Of course I wait til the last day and time of the month for registration. I reached out to TAG and spoke with Andrea and she explained the process and part was already for my appointment time was QUICK 🤯. After the install she referred me to 4 Mile Fork Garage which was convenient, they did my state inspection.....Two down one more stop DMV. 😫 My overall experience was Excellent I would recommend anyone to Trust Auto Glass 100% satisfied. Also to add can't beat the price anywhere else.👍

My daughter’s 2003 Civic needed a new front windshield. It had a big crack in it. I had made an appointment with Leon at Dynamic Auto Repairs and Tire Center in Chantilly, VA to have it replaced. He set up a time on November 7, 2024 with Arslan from Trust Auto Glass. Arslan did a fantastic job replacing the windshield. He brought the windshield with him on his truck. He was professional and super competent…he really knew what he was doing. He answered questions that I had. The windshield looks great and fits just perfect. If you need a windshield replaced, I highly recommend Arslan. Thanks.

On our way home from Florida to Connecticut our car was hit by a huge object in the road causing our windshield to shatter. I had tried several businesses explaining the emergency service needed along with my insurance company and no one assisted unanimous response was 3 to 4 days. I was then lucky find Makayla at Trust Auto Glass. She was very compassionate to our situation and advised us to come right down so she could check if they had the windshield in stock. Not only did she have it in stock but was able to have the techs install a new windshield in 40 minutes. They were very quick and professional. She turned a terrible situation into a manageable one and this company is lucky to have her!! She showed total compassion and expressed concern over our situation when not one of the other companies called along with our insurance company even gave a damn! She is a true asset to this company and we are forever grateful! Shout out to Mike who provided the company to us!!!

Got a chipped windshield on my 2011 Corolla a while back and heard these guys were in the area! Pulled up with no advance notice and they took care of me immediately. The service was quick, and the owner and employees were extremely friendly! They even pointed me in the direction of a reputable shop to get my inspection done since I am new to town, and offered to completely replace my windshield if it gets any more cracks or chips. Will definitely be going here for all of my auto glass/windshield needs!
