Trust Auto Glass

While changing my windshield Marty was trying to pry it loose and in doing so damaged the roof with the handle of the tool he was using. Also damaged the trim and spread black adhesive on the paint. He denied damaging the roof and refused to cover the $1300 plus worth of damages. My insurance tried to contact his insurance and couldn't find any. Not sure if Trust auto glass is insured. If you still decide to use them ask for proof of insurance. He will tell you to file a claim for damages knowing you can't. Just call another company. He'll deny this review but I have it all on text that he would cover the damages. I had used them before with no complaint's but never again.NegativeQuality, Professionalism

I phoned Trust Auto Glass after contacting the national chains. He answered the phone, have me a quote within minutes and saved me $130. The install took 1 hour. He was very professional and did a meticulous job. Today I referred a friend who needed a windshield replaced on a 2020 pickup. He saved $600 compared to the national chain. In a world where customer service is received less and less it was refreshing to do business with someone that understands and delivers on it. Javier (owner) called prior to arriving on Saturday morning as he said he would. He arrived a little early!! He was able to save the molding/seal on the current windshield of my '99 Dodge truck which saved me money. He was very congenial and answered all my questions. I watched the whole process and we talked throughout the entire install. The cost was far lower (30%) than anything else I found. I have a leak in the rear window and he gave me a quote which was more than fair. I will be dropping it off and have that fixed asap. Thanks Javier!!

Ahdi at Trust Auto Glass really took care of us and did a great job. We have a 2014 Honda Odessey and somehow the sunroof glass shattered. We figured we could replace the glass easily with any windshield repair company. However finding a company to work on sunroofs was a lot harder than I expected. I called Trust Auto Glass and Ahdi immediately began trying to find the sunroof glass. I did my own research as well and it was almost impossible to find the correct glass without going to the dealer, which would have been big money. A couple days later Ahdi contacted me and said he found the glass and could install it two days later. The price for the glass AND install was fantastic compared to anything else I could find for just the glass. He installed the sunroof glass two days later, exactly when he said he would. Had a wonderful experience here and and would HIGHLY recommend. I called yesterday and he got me in that afternoon, did the work himself, quickly, and was very knowledgeable. Went in less then a week ago to fix my windshield, took him half the time he told me and was fairly a good price until I found a decent crack that started from the corner of the drivers side. It definitely is a installation problem and the owner of this company told me he couldn’t do anything about it but give me a discount, I did travel 2 hours one way for a good deal.
