UCD Auto Glass

I got a large chip on the edge of my windshield when construction on I-80 began. The chip grew into a crack and I was going to replace it when construction ended. Finally, I got a really bad bullseye chip dead center of my windshield and I couldn’t wait any longer. I wanted to keep my money local and support my community, so I called around town. Even though I didn’t call George first, he was the first (and only) person to respond on a Saturday morning. We agreed on a very reasonable price, he didn’t charge extra for driving out, and he committed to arriving in the afternoon. He kept me updated and texted when he was on the way. The installation took about an hour, and he didn’t leave a mess inside or outside of my car. George also went above and beyond by wiping down the dash and vacuuming my floor mats. George is very professional and takes great pride in his work and in his customer service. Without hesitation, I recommend UCD Auto Glass!

Had questionable service with a competitor that my insurance company uses so found UCD here with a lot of very favorable reviews. Very glad I made the choice. Always get a little skittish with dealing with insurance companies and was pleasantly surprised when he contacted my insurance company and had a three way conversation to clarify details all of which he was familiar with. He came out the same day and was done replacing and calibrating in about an hour and a half. Thank you George!!! Very pleased!!

George was amazing! We called and he was able to accommodate us same day - super easy to work with and even helped coordinate with insurance. He met me at work within a prompt time window, was incredibly thorough (even cleaned my very dirty car!) and the finished product looks great. THE BEST, and better than all of the rest! This was the best service and most professional windshield replacement, installation and repair that I've ever had. George texted me on a MOTHER'S DAY SUNDAY MORNING and told me that he could fit me in between two in the afternoon and 5 that evening. The job was perfectly done by 5:30. I called George on Sunday morning after someone tried to break in to my car and broke my car window. He was very helpful and told me he could be there the following morning and he showed up and fixed the problem. He was very polite and easy to talk to. He even cleaned the inside of the car and removed any remaining glass left lying around. The window looks amazing and the service was very affordable. I definitely recommend George if you need to have your car window glass replaced.
