Wow they saved the day today ! This is where I come to fix all my windows ive been coming here since highschool and I'm 39 now they have been here forever they are good fast and they know what they are doing I wouldn't trust my car with just anyone they are super affordable too I went and got the window from pick apart myself For $40 and usa glass charged me $80 to install it you can't beat it anywhere in las veags trust me that's why I come here our technician higuino was super cool thorough and he made sure to get all the glass out I really appreciate it he was so cool and chill he did such a good job we bought him Tommy burgers for lunch he was happy 😎 And so was I I really appreciate USA auto glass they really saved the day i recommend them to everybody in Las Vegas they are the best

AFFORDABLE, PROFESSIONAL, FRIENDLY, FANTASTIC I was (am) visiting the area and a freak accident happened to the rental vehicle I was in possession of. I called serval locations that was unable to accommodate me due to it being a holiday. But not USA AUTO GLASS !!!!! I explained my situation to Eduardo and he said let me call you back in 10 min. Within 6 min he was calling me, able to repair the vehicle at waayyyyyy less than my deductible would have been if I had used insurance. We confirmed an appointment time and I was ecstatic. Upon arrival to the shop I was greeted with a friendly greeting. The shop did not have that oily smelly dirty shop s.ell as most any repair shop does. The waiting are was clean and cool. Eduardo looked at my vehicle and said yes we'll take care of it. USA AUTO GLASS TO THE RESCUE.... If you've read this long review know that it could be longer with many more accolades , but I won't bore you. Just head down there and get taken care of by the Best in the West 🤩🤩

I went to USA Auto Glass with my F-150 because my rear window wouldn’t go up or down anymore. The gentleman at front counter was very busy, but still friendly and attentive to his customers he asked if I was given a price for the repair and I stated that I was given 2 different prices over the phone. Well without skipping a beat he offered to do the repair needed for the lower price 🙌🏽 I was more than happy to pay the lower price of the 2 and now have my rear window fixed and working properly thanks to USA Auto Glass go and see them it’s family owned and run they’ll take care of you! I called the glass shop and got a quote for the back window on the ladies car. When I got there they found out the original glass they quoted me had missing prongs to the defrost. They showed me and was very very honest and gave me an option to get a brand new window with all prongs. Due to this they made sure we were taken care of. The craftsmanship of these guys was amazing and perfect. I couldn’t have been happier. Thank you guys. We will be back for other vehicles we do own. Quick service. Great Prices. Extremely Affordable!!! Especially today when things cost you an arm and a leg. Fast, efficient, Professional. Very impressed. Rosey is very professional. And the gentleman that worked on my car was very accommodating. I accidentally told them the wrong window before arriving and when I got there, they fixed the issue ASAP. Very. Very accommodating. I will be using them again in the future for my car needs. Very satisfied. Not to mention they vacuumed the glass out of my car and used some kind of smell good spray. So happy.

I always go here but today wasnt a good service. Went through 3 people to find someone that speaks english. Saw all new employees. Went in for 2 tires. They only had one. They changed it in 10 mins. Then went to pay, and the guy charged us $100. We kept askin how much the tire was and we only got 1. I figured it was cheaper than $50 (what they charged us) because their used. Bigger guy kept having a excuse & we kept tellin them we got 1 tire. Lady behind counter gave a remark about how do you not know what your paying for. I told them they NEVER told us outside how much tire was. Terrible how they did their customer service. Dont think im goin back. We can get a new tire for the same price elsewhere.
