Exceptional workmanship at an affordable price. Paid $135 plus tax for brand new front passenger window. No appointment necessary drove in and out within 1 hour and vacuumed glass shards for free as a courtesy. It was raining cats and dogs the same day as the repair and absolutely no water leaks from the installation. So happy with the results! Car was vandalized and repaired the same day, before and after pics included. A word of caution ask to speak directly with the manager Melan since older sales associate, the "Mom", isn't as fluent in English. There was a slight miscommunication regarding the availability and pricing of used windows versus brand new windows with the "Mom" so I requested to speak to Melan, the Manager, who tried to clarify the misunderstanding. I was told over the phone the repair plus window would cost $110. Upon my arrival I was told $110 was the cost of a used window which was no longer available but for $25 more I would recieve a brand new window that happened to be in stock. Go figure! Alot of misinformation and miscommunication between members of the Mom and Pop shop but overall still a great deal. Just be sure to text shop keepers to receive information in writing via text messaging so they don't back track and avoid any surprises upon arrival.

Price was very good, competitive, but service was terrible. Took 2 hours to install a windshield even though I was the only person there…installation guys never informed me that the vehicle was ready or if they were waiting on a part, etc. Couldn’t give me a receipt because the lady said she didn’t know how to operate the computer and printer. Been coming here for years, but will go somewhere else next time with better service.

I brought my Ram 3500 into this shop as the rear window broke, he gave me one price over the phone for OEM and then I showed up he tried to sell me cheaper and said he didnt have OEM. Red flag one! Paid him $400 cash, took the installer for ever to install, said the window leaks and I need to come back. He used cheap glass and unexperienced installers as install looked horrible. SO I had to come back again, wait around 2 hours for them to replace and then he said it might leak again but likely not. Everything was fine until several months later my truck with only 45k miles on it and has always been garaged started smelling really bad. I pulled back the panel below the rear glass and it was damp, next time it rained I would see a lot of rainwater coming in. This is really unhealthy and a safety risk breathing in mold. I came back to the shop and the owner said to come back another time and i will remove the glass and give you a full refund, he said I had a one year warranty. I showed him the damage and the moulding that his employee ripped and he kind of smirked, denied responsibility and said another shop did that. There was no other shop. I really never have dealt with such a type of person, bad vibes all about him. Well I show up several months later to remove the glass as I am very busy and now he says I will only refund you $350, I disagreed and told him he told me full amount of $400. He then complains he is loosing money, he then complains the glass will break, he then says too much time has passed- none of these are my problem as a customer if he did his job correctly the first time. I said fine remove it I will take the $350. Then he says no I wont pay you anything, if you want OEM glass I will charge you $950. He also denied his one year warranty. Keep in mind he has already lied to me multiple times, damaged my vehicle and he wants me to trust his word. Incompetent and dishonest owner and now I will be taking him to small claims court so he will be paying $125 court costs, $75 Marshall fees, $400 for my glass, $150 for the moulding the guy damaged at install and the $800 clean up fees from the mold I have in my truck. Quote received from the dealer today. They will have to pull the full interior and clean everything out. THe shop is responsible as they caused the damage per my attorney. One of his employee said it might be from the roof light leaking and then the owner says no it is from the leaking sliding glass window, which proves he INTENTIONALLY sells/installs defective equipment and could care less about his customers. Look at the pictures, they didnt even have the decency to remove the damaged molding from my truck, they really dont even care. I also had a rear facing dash camera on the back window that stopped working after the first install. Read all the negative reviews, do not waste your time on this shop. I pulled up a quote from my AAA recommended shop and they only are going to charge $517 for new glass, Safelight. And it is an actually legitimate reputable shop. Stay far far away from this shop and these type of people, I have literally been to this shop 5 or 6 times and wasted hours and hours trying to deal with this and now the owner wont stand behind his word. He made an pathetic effort to convince me to spend $950 on new glass in front of all his employees there as I would trust anything from him after all these lies. It was pathetically sad. HE really wanted me to shake his greasy hand, as he promised this third glass he will install wont leak. No apologies, no concern for my wasted time and damaged vehicle. He was just concerned about him not loosing money and overcharging me again. For all those many people that have been done wrong by this company, I highly recommend small claims court, you can easily file on line and he will be responsible for court costs fees etc. Maybe with enough lawsuits he will change his ways. Most likely not, I know his type. EDIT- I was told the current owner recently purchased this shop, which explains all the negative reviews. BE CAUTIOUS!

Poor service , hope this review helps someone avoid this poor Quality and unprofessional service , they assumed my truck was a certain model , they took off windshield, found out it was not right model when were about to install it , made me waste almost 3 hours waiting for a windshield they had sitting in there without having Idea they had it . After all wasted time the owner on front desk arguing about charging more money than agreed at beginning. If there would be half star review i would give it .

Don't go here. I took my truck to get the window fix, now I can't open my driver door. They broke the inside handle, replaced it with the wrong one, I bought the correct one and now my door won't unlock with key.. He told my wife that the outside key hole has nothing to do with the inside handle.. He told me he will fix what was broken. There wasn't nothing wrong with the door before i took it to them except the window stopped roll down. They are liars. Scam artists. They don't take responsibility for breaking your vehicle. Update: Now he's on here saying it's not true.. Posting pictures of the damage. First picture is the key hole on drivers door. Second and third pictures are of the original inside handle they broke. The fourth picture is of the new one I bought and had my wife take to he to fix today 01/23/2025. The picture is of the passenger side key hole. But he say it's not true.. Untrustworthy once again LAIRS...
