I had a really awful experience with this shop, though everyone except the owner was very helpful and very polite. I had my windshield replaced (mobile repair) in September 2019. This shop used a low quality Chinese windshield and did $1200 worth of damage to my windshield channel in the process. After receiving a quote from a trusted shop, the owner tried to pressure me into having my car repaired at a lower cost elsewhere. I told the owner I would simply contact my insurance company instead, at which point the owner let me know he would be calling his lawyer. I got my car repaired where I wanted, and my insurance refunded my deductible today. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.

I had this company fix my passenger side window after someone broke in to my vehicle. They were fast to come service. But the first time they fixed it they installed it wrong and the window just fell into the door while I was driving, as well as not cleaning up all of the glass. I called back and they had someone out to fix it two days later and they fixed it but after using it I realize that it won't go down all the way anymore it leaves about 2 or 3 inches of the window visible when it wasn't before, and while using it I feel like I can still hear some broken glass stuck inside the door.

I may not love having a cracked windshield, but I do love United Auto Glass! Today was my second time using their services. The first time they came to my home in OC, and the second time was at my workplace in Clackamas. Both times I called, I got the most friendly, hilarious man, who really helped make light of an otherwise frustrating situation (the damage shown below is courtesy of a red light runner who kicked a rock up on the freeway). The work itself was preformed within the estimated time frame & was completed with professionalism. Paying my invoice over the phone was a breeze. In summary, United Auto Glass offers affordable repair services with NO long hold times, fast & efficient scheduling, & outstanding customer service. I would recommend United Auto Glass to absolutely anyone needing auto glass repair!

Beware I hired united auto glass bought their windshield for my 64 impala and to install it. Windshield is not even installed correctly, it leaks. I also paid for the trim to be installed and Jason chipped my new paintjob in several places. I messaged him to install it correctly and after 4 weeks he finally answered me said he was on "vacation". I called Rick and left a message about this. It's been 3 days and no response. I suggest using another company. First red flag is he only accepts cash.

This was the best experience I've had with any type of auto service, ever. I had a couple of rock chips that I needed repaired, and I was dreading dealing with the issue because my previous experience with auto window repair (in another state) was not good at all. I called around and ended up picking United mostly because they were friendly and helpful over the phone. I brought my car to their shop, and since I had my two small children with me, they completed the work as quickly as they could. In the end, though the chips were effectively repaired, they didn't charge me because some small cracks were still visible. I was very impressed, as I've rarely encountered this level of customer service. Next time I need glass work done, I will definitely go to United.

I bought a used car recently and thought i was getting a great deal. Too good to be true. We noticed the next day that the windshield was leaking a bit on our center console. We called United to come take a look, i described the issue over the phone and they were able to give me an accurate quote. Very informative on the process and answered all my whats and whys. Scheduled a service same day. Lupe arrived well within his estimated time of arrival. The unfortunate part of this experience was that my car is much worse than i thought. The rust is to the the extent that the repairman said it wouldn't be a good idea to repair it remotely. He was exceedingly honest on how bad he thought our situation was, our car is going to need some metal restoration, which is beyond the services for their business. I feel most places would just say, "You're SOL, Seeya!" Not this place. Lupe empathized on my situation and although he was unable to give me a permanent fix, he filled the immediate leak, at NO charge to me. What an AWESOME service. (Side note, the fix is still working, no leaks! We have a little extra time to save to get it fixed now!) I wish i could have had them fix the window, but I'm glad they didn't try and fail. We absolutely recommend this place to everyone and next time we have a service, we will be back! Thank you very much for making our bad situation a little bit better!!!
