I had him replace the winshield on my girls car and he did a poor service. The windshield doesnt line up, he said its the molding that came with the windshield and he cant do anything about it. The vin is covered on the windshield which is how we first noticed it didnt line u . Secondly, the gel that goes in between the rain sensor and windshield was put poorly with an air bubble on it. Now that feature that came with her car which auto activates the wipers when it rains doesnt work . We have been going back and forth about it since DEC of 2019. I never write reviews, just isn’t my thing but after my experience with Victor auto glass I had to. PLEASE TO MY ADVICE, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. I recently had my cars front windshield replaced, I was told wait 24 hours before taking the tape off of the front windshield. I need up waiting two days before I even touched the car hence I have other cars that I could use in the meantime. After, two days I took the tape off of the windshield and come to find out the front glass is lose and the rear view mirror inside the car is falling off. I contacted Victor auto glass numerous times to come and fix my front windshield the right way and informed them that they completely messed up my rear view mirror and it’s falling off. They told me they would be coming the following afternoon at 330pm. I waited home and they never showed up, never called, nothing. I contacted them again and he claimed he has a family emergency but he will be coming the following morning this time. I waited once again, same result, they didn’t show up, didn’t call, nothing. I’ve been contacting them everyday and they refuse to answer or message back. AGAIN, PLEASE TAKE MY ADVICE DO NOT SO BUSINESS WITH THEM. WORK IS VERY POOR AND I GUARANTEE YOU THAT THEY WILL MESS UP YOUR WINDSHIELD AND REAR VIEW MIRROR! YOU’VE BEEN WARNED!!NegativeQuality

I had Victor Auto Glass install a new windshield in my vehicle. Less than a week after they replaced my windshield it rained out and it was leaking badly. I called Victor to tell him that my headliner and dashboard were getting soaked with rain because the windshield was not sealed properly. He told me he would come out the next day (which was a Saturday) and fix it. He didn’t tell me a time so I made sure I was up and ready at 8am anticipating him to come. 1pm comes so I decide to call him, he said he was busy but he will be to me soon. I wait some more, call him at 4pm, he tells me he is on his way and will be there in 30 minutes. 30 minutes comes and goes, no victor. It’s now 5pm, I call him and he dosent answer his cell phone so I give up and wait until Monday to call him. I call him on Monday, now he won’t answer my calls at all. Any time I try to call, my calls go unanswered. Not knowing what to do, I contact him on his business Instagram account, that message also goes unanswered. This is my last resort in hopes of getting some type of response from victor. I just want my windshield to not leak! My headliner is getting destroyed by the water! I shouldn’t not on time because Victor doesn’t even show up at all. He will not answer phone calls. Won’t reply to text messages. Says he will come on a certain day and time, will never show. Wasted the whole day waiting for him to come to fix the job that he did, he kept saying he’ll come later throughout the day but as the day passed by and it started getting later he didn’t respond didn’t answer the phone, and never got back the next day.
