West Herr's glass shop was top notch. I reached out to them after getting a crack that was spreading on my truck's windshield. Miguel contacted me and guided me through with he insurance company on the line. I had an appointment scheduled and a new windshield in place within two days. Everyone at this shop was so very kind and helpful. My sunroof malfunctioned and wouldn’t close all the way. I got a quote on the phone and was told if it cost more I would get a phone call with a price and service breakdown by Dan. They decided to just fix the car, then call me and tell me the price was almost double what was quoted. When I asked why I wasn't called so I would be aware of the new price, I was told the computer was down, it was busy and so forth. I don't mind paying what is needed, but it is never good customer service to just go ahead with repairs before consulting a customer. I told Dan I was not happy with his choice but glad the car got repaired. In this economy excuses don't cover bills you aren't prepared for.
