WindshieldRehab is the best! There is not enough stars. My windshield had a crack from one side to the other. I gave them a call and from the start Richard was very helpful and attentive to my needs. He was able to schedule my windshield replacement with an amazing tech Jeffrey, who was very thorough with telling me about the entire process. Everyone here are professional and have a superb customer service. They are willing to go above and beyond for their customers. They're rates are very reasonable. I will definitely refer family and friends. ~ Very Satisfied Customer

I highly recommend this place for all your window replacements, I had to replace my front passenger side window in my 2016 Chevy Malibu. Called yesterday afternoon and spoke with Richard who was extremely helpful as i had originally thought I would have to pay out of pocket for this, he put me on a 3way call to my insurance company and he found out for me that I was covered and didn't have to pay for anything! So he found my replacement window right away and scheduled for a technician to come to my home the next morning. The technician who came to my home to install the window was Mike who also was very nice and professional, thank you for coming to do this for me on your birthday 😊 ( even my dog loved him!) Thank you both very much! I will definitely call you guys again if I need to!

I really do no understand how this business kept a five star rating. After multiple issues from a windshield replacement with another company, I turned to Windshield Rehab to help get the issues fixed. I talked with a very nice guy, who helped me through the insurance process. The insurance process was going to take a few days to complete. So during the mean time I asked to have a technician come out to check out my vehicle to take a look at the issues while we waited on insurance. I let the guy know up front that if the cost wasn’t too much I’d pay out of pocket. This all took place on a Tuesday. So they told me that a technician would be out to my house on Wednesday. Wednesday came and went and I received a call that evening that they were not going to make it out due to a busy day. I was ok with that, things happen. So we scheduled for the next day which was Thursday. Thursday came and the appointment was during the hours of 12-5. I had my wife waiting on standby at home for the second day, while I was working. The technician never showed and I never got a call. So I called the guy at 5:30 pm and asked what was going on. He replied again that they had a very busy day. He also told me that he never even scheduled me for an appointment for that day. This is after he had just told me he had scheduled it the day before. So I was a little frustrated to say the least. So again he scheduled me for the next day which is Friday. The appointment was from 12-2. Friday rolls around and guess what? NO SHOW for the third day in a row. I get a voice message at 1:45 pm saying that they were busy again for me to reschedule again. This being said, my wife took time out of her busy day to wait around for this company to never show up for the third day in a row. Needless to say I am done with this company and I will be looking else where for my windshield replacement needs. I would NOT recommend this company for windshield replacement from my experience.

Windshield Rehab was amazing. Richard, the owner, was super responsive when I reached out for a quote and scheduling. Being new to the area, I am still out of state registered, but they quoted me a very generous price compared to multiple other places I reached out to before I luckily found them!They do next day service, and they ask for a window of time to come. Brandon, the technician, called ahead to give me a 30 min heads up which was very professional of him. He got here and knocked the job out quickly and efficiently! I am very happy with their work and would highly recommend to anyone in the Charleston, SC area!

This was my first time getting a windshield replacement so I google replace windshield in it give me windshield Rehab when I call guy name Mr. Richard answer the phone. He was so professional, and nice he listens to what I had to say did rush me off phone he was patient Before and after when got off the the guy came out to do the windshield I came out to give him the keys he greeted me with respect an I am big on respect and he also was professional my experience with windshield Rehab was awesome they did a awesome job in I recommend everyone to these professionals guy 😊 thank you once againPositivePunctuality, Quality, Professionalism, Value

This company literally saved the day! Originally my insurance had me setup with another company and when I showed up for my appt they said ‘they accidentally sent the windshield back and didn’t have it’. Was also told by them that it had to be done at the shop and could not be done at my place of residence due to it needing to be calibrated so I had to take a day off of work. Well I googled and called windshield rehab when they opened and he was so helpful! Got me scheduled that day and called my insurance to switch everything over for me and assured me it would be complete by my deadline! Seriously saved the day! We will only be using this company moving forward and recommending them! Skip the big corporate shops and get real customer service here!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
