Windshield Wholesale

A rock hit my front window. When asked about fixing it the person said he can fix it. After asking how much it was going to be he said that you should buy a new one. Asking why because he said he could fix it, he responded with after I fix it, it might not last long. I did not want to get mad right then and there so I said ok thank you that I will get back to him and left. If the person knew the fix was not going to be permanent why not get to the bottom of things and say look I can do a temp fix but it will not last so I do recommend getting a new one but these are the prices, you decide. How does he not know if I have the money or not. If he gave me all the information from the beginning I would have just said give me a new one. Point and done. With this whole pandemic thing just letting others know no one there was wearing a mask but if you are comfortable with that ok. Gave 1 star for trying to hustle me out of money and who knows who else they have done other things to. Please give all the info and don't mess around. I am a person that rather go once than twice. I have things to do then to wait for my vehicle more than once for the same thing.

Very unprofessional business, would not recommend to anyone. Rude and sarcastic on the phone.

They were very professional and helpful.. They really know their business and will not try to charge you for WORK , OR A PART YOU DONT NEED!!

All other companies in the are quoted me in the low $300 this company quoted me $510!!!

Don't know what shop the other reviews were at. But this is the worst ever. Spent all Saturday morning wating to get a wndshwinds put in. Took way longer then it should. The owner was playing with his cell phone continously. Then had go back Monday as he forgot to put any glue at all on, could of lost the windshield. Never again for this place He needs to pay more attention to his workmanship instead of his cell phones.

My experience with this company was amazing. I appreciate their expertise and professionalism, along with their willingness to come to me to complete the job
