I’m only going to state facts in this review. After having trouble with my rain sensor after my windshield replacement, Jason (the owner) is now refusing to do anything about my rain sensor which isn’t functioning at full capacity and wasn’t installed correctly (particularly the gel pad for the rain sensor). Ever since the replacement, my rain sensor has a tendency to allow a lot of water to accumulate on the windshield before the wipers activate. This is most likely due to the fact that my rain sensor is filled with air bubbles, and the gel pad (maintains optical clarity for IR sensors), was cut incorrectly, and prevents close to 50% of my rain sensor from “seeing” the rain. To add to that, the air bubbles and cuts are aesthetically unpleasing and are very noticeable, if my car wasn’t like that before the replacement then it shouldn’t be like that afterwards. (Companies like Safelite even replace the sensors in this situation). I gave Jason a call today expressing my displeasure with the rain sensor job. He was very nasty and kept claiming that “it works.” I kept telling him that it was inconsistent and a lot of water had to accumulate at times before it activated, but he didn't care as long as the wipers activated at some point. Again, he was very nasty and asked me if I was an “expert” on rain sensors and windshields. He then continued to argue with me over the phone, and became very defensive, claiming that "he doesn't know how my original rain sensor worked." The phone call ended with him telling me that he has other customers (which were obviously more important than me) and that he’s hanging up. So that’s the type of company this is. Money grabbers who don’t care about customer satisfaction. If the owner of the company is willing to hang up on a customer what does that tell you? I referred one of my friends to this company, and by losing me this company has lost 2 customers and any other referrals. Customer satisfaction goes a long way, but Windshield Wonder, specifically Jason doesn't agree with that.

Terrible people. I called them and they refuse to talk on the phone. Just ask me to leave a message and hang up. Later they called me back saying 700 USD to fix a window crack less than 10 inch. After I questioned about the price, they started yelling F word to me. Then I immediately responded that I gonna post some review online. Then they started harassing me by calling with a No ID phone again and again. This is kind of funny. I am not even angry lol. Do those guys really want to do business or something else? seriously? After your misbehavior, you called me a competitor? LoL, this is the most funny drama I have even seen. Anyone questioning my identity as a customer, just leave a message or something to contact and I will try to justify myself. Meanwhile I got couple of friends working on local media. Don't be surprised when you see this drama reported on Internet media.

Spoke to Jason. He was very professional and polite. He quoted me a price for a windshield replacement for my 2012 Subaru Outback. I told him I wanted to call the dealer first and the. Get back to him. Spoke to dealer and they wanted DOUBLE what Jason had quoted and I needed to drop the vehicle off to them for the day. Jason came to my home, called 1/2 hour before and arrived right on time. He installed the window with no issues what so ever. Car was as clean as before they did the install and I am very happy with the results and lifetime warranty that was provided. Great company and excellent work.

The installation was done poorly, I had the molding on the corner come off the windshield after only two months. I send pictures and texted the owner, he said he would come by on Monday to checked it out and no one came. After some weeks, I called again and he told that it was my fault for waiting so long and that he would charge me for removing and re-installing the windshield in order to fix the problem that his technician made. I have proof of our text message exchanges and conversation. He said that the company only covers the windshield and NOT the installation. Thus, even if they install is done improperly it is your fault unless the windshield leaks. I guess it is my fault for choosing this company. I certainly hope that more companies would have greater integrity for their work. I'm giving them one star because the windshield hasn't leaked.....yet.

Wonder how they are still in business? I got quoted $650 and ended up spending $2,420 to get a functional windshield with a functional lane keeping assist camera. I hired windshield wonder to replace the cracked windshield in my car that had a fully functional lane keeping assist camera. They quoted a price of $650. The windshield was installed within a day or two. I was assured the after market windshield they would install would be 100% the same as the factory name brand windshield. The only problem is the windshield they installed did not allow my collision mitigation and lane keeping assist camera to function. I met the service people in the field and the owner of the company who all assured me it was not their fault, I guess it was my fault. The car dealer indicated the after market windshield was at least part of the problem. Windshield Wonder went to the car dealer and took their windshield back. After the car dealer had the car for one full week and I ended up paying the car dealer a total of $1,770 to replace the windshield and to fix the collision mitigation and lane keeping assist camera Windshield Wonder damaged. Worse yet Windshield Wonder refuses to refund me the $650 I paid them in cash to replace my windshield and I am stuck for the $1,770 it cost me at the car dealer for the second new windshield and the extra cost to get my collision mitigation and lane keeping assist camera functional.

I called Windshield Wonder and someone was at our house right away. When they looked at the crack, they explained that whoever had the vehicle before us has already tried repairing it and did a terrible job (maybe nail polish). The gentleman assured me it would hold up for quite a while and gave me a reasonable estimate for replacement, should we ever need it. He refused payment -- Now that's service!
