I won’t ever do business with this company again! First off the tech they sent was unprofessional and he wanted me to pay before receiving service. I found that weird but I didn’t let it bother me I paid him. So after he changed my windshield, it came time for him to put my windshield wipers back on. As he was putting the windshield wipers back on, I told him that he was putting them on wrong. He said he’s been doing this 10 years. Long story short, he puts my wiper arms on the opposite sides And destroys the grooves on the inside of the wiper arms. Then he’s trying to tell me I have the wrong bolt when my bolts have never been changed. He also said that’s why the wiper arms were not tightening and not spinning when I turned them on, but you could clearly see that that’s not the case. they’re stripped from the inside because he put my wipers wrong And this company refuses to pay for my new wipers or give me some of my money back or compensate me in anyway after me paying $350 for a new windshield.

Everything is great. I am 100% satisfied with the service I received. Your company was $80 cheaper than the other company I was originally going to use. The other company was charging me almost $700 for me to take my car to them at a later date. Your company was substantially cheaper and came directly to me at a much sooner date which was more convenient. The man that installed my window was extremely professional, had great communication was very proficient and did my installation in a timely and prompt manner. Afterwards he made sure all the loose debris from my broken window was clean and that there was no shards of glass on the floor that could flatten mine or my neighbors tires. He then explained to me instructions on how to handle my newly installed window for the next two days. I am completely happy with the service I recorded and I would 100% recommend your company to my friends, family and coworkers in the future

Read This Before You Call Them: unprofessional service, zero accountability, and their warranty is a joke. I genuinely question how WindshieldHUB has received any positive reviews. Based on my experience, this company deserves zero stars. I hired WindshieldHUB to replace the tailgate glass on my Honda Pilot—and I deeply regret that decision. They require full payment upfront, which might be acceptable if they actually stood behind their work. Unfortunately, they don’t. Think twice before committing, or you may end up in the same frustrating situation I did. Soon after the installation, my tailgate latch stopped working. A certified mechanic later confirmed the failure was due to glass shards left inside the door panel—debris that should have been cleaned up during the repair. The estimated cost to fix this? $860 out of pocket. As if that wasn’t enough, the rear window washer also stopped functioning—likely damaged during the rushed and careless installation. I contacted WindshieldHUB expecting their so-called “lifetime warranty” to help resolve the issue. Instead, I spent over two weeks calling customer service and managers—only to receive vague responses, constant runarounds, and finally a generic email full of contradictory excuses and legal language. Despite clear evidence that their technician’s negligence caused the damage, the company refused to take responsibility. Their customer service and management teams appear trained to delay, deny, and deflect—counting on customers to give up. Don’t expect a return call. They simply don’t care. Avoid WindshieldHUB at all costs. If you care about professionalism, accountability, and basic customer service, look elsewhere. You’ll be far better off with a reputable local provider who actually stands by their work.

Complete NIGHTMARE! I was scheduled for my windshield repair between 9:00am-12:00pm on Thursday. The technician called me at 11:30am to tell me he couldn't come and asked if he instead could come on Friday. He guaranteed me he would be at my home by 9:30am. He shows up at 10:00am and asks me if I could heat up his glue and gave me an old space heater. I should have took this as a sign and denied service. After my windshield was repaired, I go outside and noticed that he damaged my Jeep! He took no accountability for it and Windshield Hub will not take accountability either. They are trying to say the damage was there before they arrived! I have full coverage insurance so it not an issue of getting it fixed but this was THEE WORSE experience ever. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

I recently had the door window on my truck replaced by Windshield Hub, and I’m extremely satisfied with the experience. The team was professional, punctual, and knowledgeable. They assessed the damage quickly and had the new window installed in no time, the even came to my house to install it - same day. The work was clean, and the new glass fits perfectly with no wind noise or leaks. It’s clear they take pride in their craftsmanship and customer service. I highly recommend them for any automotive glass work.

I would proceed with caution if you are thinking of working with this company. I originally contacted & contracted them to replace my windshield in my 2014 Ford F-250 back in October of 2022. The windshield replacement seemed to go OK originally. However, shortly after the windshield replacement my rear view mirror started vibrating due to not being attached properly during windshield replacement. WindshieldHUB came out and fixed the rear view mirror shortly thereafter. Fast forward to April of 2025. The rubber seal that extends up the driver A-Pillar, horizontally across the top of the windshield, and then back down the passenger side pillar of windshield has come loose. When driving the vehicle this loose rubber seal was flapping in the wind hitting the painted cab of the truck as well as the windshield. This is where the headache started. I promptly submitted a warranty claim (April 18th, 2025) to WindshieldHUB regarding the loose rubber seal. They promptly responded and said that I could take my vehicle to one of their technicians shops. I promptly responded that I felt uncomfortable driving the vehicle due to the potential problems it could cause and requested that a technician come to me. It took until today, May 8th, 2025, for WindshieldHUB to get a technician out to address this issue. The technician that attended to this repair today, May 8th, 2025 simply smeared a large amount of glue underneath the rubber seal leaving the rubber seal vulnerable to become dislodged once again. There are obvious gaps between the cab of my truck, the rubber seal, and the windshield glass previously replaced by WindshieldHUB. Upon stating my concerns to the technician as well as WindshieldHUB that this rubber seal was not installed properly, again, and that it would surely dislodge in the near future due to it having gaps that will allow the wind to catch it and allow water to collect behind it...my concerns were written off. I was told that the rubber seal was purely aesthetic and that basically it did not matter. I disagree with this due to the fact that Ford, the manufacturer, would not have placed the rubber seal there if it was not needed. WindshieldHUB did state that if the rubber seal did become dislodged again that it would be covered under their lifetime warranty. This was not my point though. Fix it correctly so I do not have to wait and wonder if this will happen again. Fix it correctly so that my vehicle is drivable and I do not have to go through an almost 3 week downtime where I was unable to drive my vehicle. Fix it correctly so I do not have to go through this headache again. Fix it correctly so WindshieldHUB does not have to pay a subcontracted auto glass technician to make another visit to my home in which I have to be available, which ultimately is a waste of my personal time. I will be taking my vehicle to my local ford dealer as well as my preferred body shop to get a statement from them both on the "fix" that was performed today. I will post those to this review once I have them. Fun fact: I worked as an auto service tech in my past life so all of my statements here regarding this repair are from my knowledge gained in working in this field. Once again be weary of working with this company and their subcontracted glass technicians.
