I'm sure they do good work. However I'll never know. The quote I received was nearly double every other glass place in Cullman, Decatur, Birmingham, Huntsville, Jasper, and Tuscaloosa. Trust me I called like 50 places and this was the highest quote I received

One of the worst experiences I've had with a local business. Was told they would send a person to my location at nine o'clock in the morning. Nine comes I call and they don't know who is coming or going. I am told the man assigned to me (John) will give me a call, he does a little after nine and tells me he'll see me in two hours. (Ok no problem things happen) A little past 11 and two hours have come and gone, I call "John", no answer. I call the shop, the original guy tells me he'll contact him to find out where he is. 30 minutes pass I call back and he tells me the guys schedule got mixed up and he'll be in my area around two. I would have tried to make it work but I had things to do which is why I scheduled this at 9 am. Guy says to me "want to cancel the appointment?" I say to the guy "....." They are friendly and helpful. They called when they said they would. Answered all my questions. Actually showed up when they said they would and did an excellent job, above and beyond what was expected.
