Wolf Auto Glass Repair (windshield Replacement & ADAS Calibration)

I am truly grateful I came across this company. They went above and beyond for me and were very patient. They worked around my availability. They also came to my home while other companies wanted me to tow my vehicle to their shop which was basically impossible due to my transmission being worked on. They went out of their way to find my back hatch glass which isn’t made new. They did an amazing job and handled everything with my insurance company since my vehicle was vandalized. I absolutely recommend them to anyone/family/friends. Great Job on my rsx! Thank you very much.

My left driver side window was completely smashed and so were 40 other cars in my community so it was damn near impossible to get someone to replace my window today and not 5-7 days from now. Wolf got my window within an hour and told me I could come right away. I didn't have to wait at all, they took my car as soon as I pulled in and was completed perfectly in less than 30 minutes. And the pricing was the best for miles, AND was caring enough to not charge me taxes since I was short on money. Best service around!!!

Ishmael and his team worked around the clock to get my girlfriend's windshield replaced before I had to work out of state. He was very friendly and courteous and very well priced amongst the quotes I had received from other businesses, and his turnaround time for the job was within 24 hours. They also worked on the replacement in the middle of a heatwave and I am truly grateful for his dedication in making sure the job was done successfully. I had water leaking inside my winter beater car and needed a good glass guy to help me pinpoint & repair the leak. Ismaeel was a pleasure to deal with. I appreciate the way he stuck to the mission and I felt what he charged me was a bargain. He gave me a price and stuck with it. I really believe Ismaeel was more concerned about helping me/fixing the leak, than getting paid. I had a branch fall on my windshield and broke and bent the frame around the windshield a bit. I had Safelite come to do it and the guy told me the car was totaled. And a friend told me to call Wolf auto glass repair in New Britain. I called and spoke to a nice guy explained what Safelite said sled him if he can help me. He made sure they had the windshield that fits. And sent the guys to my house. They came talked to me. And I explained everything the other guy said and they looked at it and told me yes we can replace the windshield and fix the small bend. They were fabulous. Polite clean and quick. Told me everything I needed to know and how long to let it dry. And wolf was cheaper then Safelite. I will highly recommend them. A great job. Thank you so much.

Top notch work and service. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and quick. There was not a single scratch, or damage from the repair, it was flawless. When Safelite said there was a nationwide and Germany wide shortage of windshields, and after canceling multiple appointments, Wolf Auto Glass was able to get the correct windshield and install it right away. They also successfully recalibrated everything, even with a complex rig like my sprinter van. The prices are fair, work is fast, and the people are great. They even answered my barrage of questions when we called to make sure it was the right glass. Don't waste your time with Safelite, come here instead. Thanks you guys!
