XCLUSIVE LEVEL AUTO GLASS

If I could give this place 10 starts I would. I went to Safelite to get my windshield fixed but they couldnt fix it due to my roof being rusted out. They suggested that I take it to a body shop first and then come back and get my windshield done. So when I went back to Safelite to get my car, they said that my car wasnt drivable because they couldnt put my windshield back in due to the rust but I could call someone from the bodyshop of my choosing and then they could come to Safelite to fix the rust and then they could out my windshield in. I'm like I'm not about to inconvenience someone to come to another shop to fix roof rust not to mention pay them and then pay Safelite to fix it. So I did some research and found this awesome shop who was able to fix up my roof rust and fix my windshield for a waaaaaaay cheaper price. By them having so many bodyshops around, its very convenient to get what you need done. Everyone here was helpful and patient. They went far and beyond to help me. I highly recommend coming here. Seriously! Huge shout out to Jimmy and Annie for helping me with everything.

Got a cracked windshield on 417. After speaking with my insurance company, car dealership, and the recommended resources affiliated with my insurance company I did some research online. It didn’t take me long to find Xclusive Level Glass listed high in the rankings. Reaching out to them and speaking with Jimmy I was immediately impressed by his professionalism and knowledge. He was extremely helpful and accommodating, taking into consideration my wish for OEM glass (approval from insurance company needed) and working around a medical appointment. When I dropped the car off, I was greeted by Gino who was very friendly and professional. He explained that I would be kept informed as the work progressed. Jimmy called me to let me know how the work was progressing and when I could expect to be able to pick the car up. When I arrived, I was greeted by Melissa who told me that Jimmy was just finishing up the dynamic (driving) test of the re-calibration process for all the electronic sensors behind the windshield. Melissa got me through the necessary paperwork and answered any questions I had. Jimmy returned with the car a few minutes later and I was set to go. Quality of the work is absolutely first class in every way. My ONLY complaint is that Google won’t let me give more than 5 stars! This shop is a real gem and I would recommend it to anyone who needs auto glass. EVERYONE there is a professional and it shows.

I had a great experience with Xclusive Auto Glass. Everyone involved in replacing my windshield was professional and knowledgeable. Annie even called State Farm, with me on the line, to help with my glass claim. She has infinite patience 😊 Jovani and Hansel came to my house to replace my windshield and were done within an hour and a half. They were personable and efficient, with attention to detail. I would definitely recommend Xclusive Auto Glass. Their customer service and workmanship is excellent.

I feel bad leaving them a 5 Star review I wish I could leave them a 10 Star. I am a small businesses owner and very aware of what great service should look like and I tell you I can't describe the level of service that I recieved. This was by far my best customer service experience of my life and I owe you guys. To explain the story I accidentally backed into something and it burst my back glass of a rental vehicle. This vehicle was new and so there were no replacements out there so I was about to return it with the back window missing and pay tons in fines. These freaking guys sourced a replacement in Texas, had it shipped and even got me to trust them to leave the vehicle with them for 3 days and to fly back while it came in and they eventually replaced the window and then drove it back and returned it to the airport for me. This is the craziest service that I've ever had and when I get back to Kissimmee I'm coming to personally thank them in person. Oh that's the crazy part, I'VE NEVER MEET THESE GUYS, the entire transaction was via telephone!!! 5 Star times 1,000!!!! Thanks guys!
