What an amazing experience with this company, it's refreshing to actually get quality work and customer service these days to the level Auto Glass Now and installer Juan provided us. We canceled an appointment with Safelite to replace our windshield when they showed up with flimsy, inferior glass for our Hummer H3 and went hunting for a better option. We were referred to Auto Glass Now by the owner of a local body shop we've done business with, and it was exactly what we needed. Not only did they take the time to explain the differences in glass options and go through OEM versus aftermarket, they took 5 extra steps during the install to fix some other issues on the molding of the old H3 and replaced our wiper blades and worked with our insurance company to get us all squared away. Terrific experience, would give them 6 stars if we could.

I had an excellent experience with Meridian Mobile Auto Glass Repair. From start to finish, their professionalism and punctuality stood out. I reached out to them and was impressed by their immediate response. Jonathan and his team quickly sourced the replacement glass and scheduled the repair for the next day. On the day of the repair, they arrived on time and efficiently cleaned up all the broken glass. The new window was installed perfectly, and they even went the extra mile to resolve some technical issues with the electronics that arose from the broken window incident. Their thoroughness and attention to detail were truly appreciated. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with their service and will definitely use them again in the future. Highly recommended!
