Saturday morning, Hector—the kindest and most professional technician I’ve ever met—arrived at my selected spot. In less than an hour, he not only replaced the window but also vacuumed and cleaned my car, removing every trace of shattered glass! Hector was incredibly polite and respectful throughout the entire process. From the start, he explained exactly what to expect, setting me at ease. By the time he finished, it was as if the break-in never happened—and all for a very affordable price! For comparison, my dealership quoted a ridiculous fee, demanded I drop off the car, and said it would take two days. P & G Auto Glass provided exceptional, professional service that far exceeded my expectations. I’m genuinely amazed by companies like this that set such a high standard.
