Mr Lopez is an excellent technician. A highly skilled and knowledgeable whn explaining the process, the steps and precautions. He also recommended new wipers if I replaced the windshield. Safelite was easy to schedule and convenient. The company received my claim and responded quickly. The next day Mr Lopez called and confirmed and within a few minutes he began the process ti fix the rock chipped windshield. After 20 min elapsed and happy with the repair I unfortunately spotted a née undetected chip. I asked if I needed to do another claim and he was gracious to fix the new spot plus all the equipment were handily available. Another 20 minutes elapse and U had a wonderful new looking windshield.
