As I was leaving for work this morning, I discovered that the passenger window of my brand new car was broken into and shattered into a zillion pieces. I had an important meeting that I had to attend so I googled "mobile auto window replacement" and these guys were at the top of the list. My insurance company initially referred me to another place, however, the soonest they could get someone out was next Monday (today is Tuesday)! When I called Power Auto Glass, they told me they could get someone over to my office by 11:30am. Sure enough, the awesome guy showed up on time, told me he would be done in an hour and guess what?!? He was actually done in an hour! To my surprise, he also had a shop vac with him and cleaned up all the broken glass that was inside. I wasn't expecting that. They guy was also very friends and extremely professional. I was expecting to pay a higher rate with that fast of a service, however, the cost was the same as the other place that couldn't see me until next week. I hope my car doesn't get broken into again, but if it does, I will be calling these guys again and also referring anyone who needs a new window.

This review is long over due. However, I was so impressed with the level of service and their eagerness to go the extra mile that I could not go any longer without writing this. I'll shed some light on my experience... My car was broken into (both the passenger back and front window... why two??) a night before New Years Eve. Fortunately, nothing of real value was stolen but I had been planning on leaving town New Years Eve to spend the New Year with family. After calling some big names in vehicle window repair and getting the same answer: "we can't do anything for you until a week from now" I was sure seeing my family for the New Year was out of the question. Then, right before closing the browser I noticed Best Service Auto Glass had a five star rating. I decided to give them a call. It was 3pm on New Years Eve. A friendly voice answered the line and we began going through the usual questions "make", "model", "year" etc. I told them my situation and how important it was to go see my family that same day (I needed to leave SF by 6:30). The man on the line responded, "we'll make sure that your windows aren't an issue by this evening". It took 30 minutes for one of their guys to come out to my vehicle in a mobile unit. I forgot his name but he took up a conversation with me the whole time he was cleaning broken glass and preparing the vehicle for the new windows. A couple minutes before he finished preparing the vehicle, another one of their guys showed up with both windows and they both installed them within 45 minutes. My 325i was ready to go slightly before 530pm! Before leaving they made sure all broken glass was removed from my car and that my windows were nice and clean. All of this for about 20% less than what I was quoted from the big names in glass repair. Can't thank these guys enough for staying out late on New Years Eve to make sure I could make it to see family. I would vouch for these guys with full confidence any day. Wish them the best and hope people find this review helpful.

They walked me through the whole process and demonstrated it worked when they delivered my car. These guys are life savers. Twice now I've had my passenger car window smashed (nothing stolen because nothing visible or in the car) and both times On Time Auto Glass Repair fixed it same day. The first time we were flying to Hawaii that night and these guys got out and fixed it before we had to drive to the airport. They do an amazing job and come to wherever you live. After the first repair job some glass found its way into the lock mechanism and we could not shut the door fully. I thought it was going to be a huge issue because it was a few weeks after the repair (we noticed it after our trip) but I called the owner and the crew was back at my apartment that day and were able to get the glass out of the frame and fix the door. Total pros and great work. I had another break in recently (#recallChesa) and they fixed the window within a few hours of calling. Both times my insurance didn't accept the receipt but I let the owner know and he got me a detailed invoice within a few minutes of calling him. I can not recommend these guys highly enough. I cannot thank Andrey and his team enough for their excellent service. A rock hit my windshield en route to Tahoe a couple of months ago, and I've been trying to get it replaced through Safelite. I first set up at home service, but the Safelite tech didn't have the right part and advised that I go to the shop. In the next 4-5 weeks, I showed up to Safelite two times: on the first appointment, the tech said they needed to order my part (still); then, on the second appointment, the office told me the part arrived broken. I felt extremely upset and, while rescheduling a fourth appointment with Safelite, decided to look other options. Super Auto Glass was closeby. After asking for a quote, they immediate responded and I got same-day at-home service. I was shocked since Safelite said my car needed ADAS calibration, which can only be done at the shop.
