I recently had one of my car windows broken during an attempted burglary. My insurance company referred me to a well known window replacement company. They told me they could not get my window for a couple of days and service my car for 5 days but I could bring my car in and they would tape up my window to protect my car until then. There was a storm coming and the closest location that could do this more me was 45 min away. I called the dealer that sold me my car and they said it would take 2 days to get my window and would cost me $400-$600. I decided to call Low Price Auto Glass to see if they could tape up my window. The owner told me I did not need to tape it up and that he could get my replacement window in within 2 hours and install it that day. They also quoted me less than the well-known company and far less than the dealer. In the end I had my car window replaced within 3 hours from making the call and it was done well. I was so happy to have it fixed before the storm hit. I also was able to visit with the family that owned the business while I waited and they were are very friendly. I would highly recommend Low Price Auto Glass to everyone!

Earlier this year, a spider crack formed on our 2015 Prius, as a result of a rock being flown into our windshield when driving next to a truck. For months and partly due to COVID-19, we couldn't do anything about it as we had other pressing matters like moving and such. So, one day the crack expanded due to SoCal's summer heat, while visiting our hometown and we had no choice but to do something about it and fast... We reached out to this business and they provided a quote and were even willing to schedule us right away. We still looked around at other businesses for quotes but settled with this one because their first impression was the most professional, swift, and they seemed the most reasonably priced. The day of the service, they asked us to drive our car to a specific location near our home, and our windshield was replaced within a few hours. Cost was $187.46 including material, labour, and taxes. No hidden fees and a straightforward business attitude, what's not to like and trust? Thank you to Abhisekh and the team that worked on our car back in late October 2020!

Fawad and Sayed are angels. We traveled an hour away from home just to have our windshield broken. My partner found them online and they were so quick to reply and accommodate us. Fawad was willing to drive to us since it would be dangerous for us to drive the car. He did take some time to get to us but he drove from another far away city meaning he got there sooner than expected and fairly quick. Once they got there they did apologize for the wait but it did not feel long they are just polite and I appreciated that. Once they started to work they were quick diligent and detail oriented! They made sure no more glass fell into the car, they did the repair and gave us detailed instructions on how to care for the glass. I highly recommend them! Truly such wonderful men we came across today. We are grateful.

These guys are great! My car's rear windshield got smashed in - i went to some other shops which quoted me $2000 for the replacement. That sounded really high so I called 3 other places including this location - this location had the cheapest price at $895 for the exact same service. Other places I called, quoted me $1165, $1200, and $1300 for the same repair, which means that the rest are overcharging for sure. My insurance worked with this shop and everything was super easy. I was initially nervous with the name of the store (“Low Price” lol) but they had ~270+ 5 star reviews so felt better about going with them. They just finished up and did a spectacular job - you can’t tell that it was broken! The customer service was great too - the guy was super accommodating, even though I asked a million questions lol. Great place, would recommend!

When I called in about a quote The gentleman gave me an extremely fair price As soon as he told me how much it was going to be I asked him when I could schedule the appointment and he told me I could come now if I had time that was 2 hours ago as of the time of this posting, I was in Hayward The gentleman ordered the glass ahead of me getting there without requiring a deposit just out of good faith that I was going to show up when I got there he told me it might take up to an hour and a half however because he ordered the glass prior to me being on my way I was in and out of there and about 35 minutes! I'm not saying every single service will be that fast however the fact that they were so friendly and willing to order the glass ahead of me getting there doing it all on the same day and making sure I had a passenger window before the rain came I cannot recommend this company enough I will definitely be back and recommend to all of my friends and family!!

I had my window broken around 5PM on a Tuesday. The following morning I check with Safelite to see when they would be able to come and how much it would cost for a side mirror. I'd use them once previously a few years ago. They quoted me over $400 in didn't have an appointment available for 5 days! I called around too many different shops, one quoted me as much as $599 for service in their own shop! Once I talked to LG Auto Glass around 8:00AM on Wednesday, they quoted me $229 for a mobile repair and my window was fixed by 11:30 a.m. that same day. So glad to have stumbled across this shop, they may be a small time operation but they did a great job, the price was right and they were extremely responsive. Don't hesitate to go with these guys!

The worker named Juan Manuel was one of the best workers we could have gotten when we called for our side windows and rear view mirror to be fixed. He was able to cleanly and efficiently get the jobs done in a good amount of time and even provided us with some spare parts we needed for our rear view mirror. And he was doing all this work in the rain cuz the car was parked in our drive way. Don't worry I quickly got him an umbrella and was planning to hold it over him while he worked but he said he would be working on the rear view mirror now so he would be inside the car and I could go back in the garage to not have to stand out there in the rain. Then after the job he even vaccumed our car! About 2 months ago, I noticed there's a small crack on the windshield of my Mazda 3. Wasn't big but wasn't small either. OK, I thought, it might stay that way! 2 hours later it expanded across the entire windshield. I was in a big panic and decided to go through my insurance. Dennis reached out to me after I requested for a quote on Yelp, and he helped me through the entire process of making a glass replacement claim by calling the insurance company and talked to them while I remained on the line. The biggest surprise is that he managed to get an approval for OEM glass! Mind you, usually they only approve OEE glass which is not the same thing. Fast forward to the big day, I pulled in front of the shop and dropped off the car key. The job took about 5 hours and my car is in one piece again! An hour after driving off the lot, however, I realized there might be a defect in the glass where I can see lots of ripples from the driver's seat. The passenger can't see anything which is weird. I texted Dennis some pictures and he quickly assured me that they are going to talk to the dealership they got the glass from to submit a warranty request. Unfortunately the dealership ran out of the windshield part (might have been hit with the tariffs or whatnot...) so we needed to wait. That took about less than 2 months, and Dennis contacted me to schedule a time to put on the new windshield. This time everything worked out perfectly. Overall 100% great communication and workmanship. Big props to Dennis and the crew! Hope my windshield could live a long healthy life this time but if the unspeakable happens, I would definitely go with them again. (Pro tip: If you don't have a ride and have to wait, there's a SJ Public Library nearby where you can hang out)

I called around to a number of places to get a quote and discuss the windshield on my older BMW. I got high prices and hemming and hawing about the rain and light sensors. One quote was really high. One person thought they should come and look at it before they'd quote. United Auto Glass, however, was on the spot. Pauline offered confident answers to all my questions, and a great price. She took time to clarify my glass needs, even having me send pictures of the glass and damage to make sure they had the right thing. They even offered to come same day! Which I wasn't quite prepared for, but was an awesome offer. The quote was on the lower end of the ones I'd received, but Pauline was confident I'd be satisfied with the glass when I asked about it. Lam came out the next day. He called to ask to come early - which was fine by me. From the moment he showed up, it was clear Lam had a ton of experience with my car. He knew about potential trouble spots and things to worry about. Getting a good seal for wind noise, avoiding damaging the fragile wiper assembly, dealing with the sensors. He was quick to educate me on things to worry about, and gave me great confidence he understood my concerns. He was done much faster than I expected and I'm back on the road - nasty crack that was right through my line of site all resolved. And the glass supplied was from an OEM vendor, just without the pricey logo! Overall, totally satisfied with the work done, the ease of the process, and the guarantee provided.
