Thanks to Shelby and Advanced Auto Glass, I was able to get my Polestar windshield replaced without much of a hitch. I filed a glass claim through my insurance after my windshield met a flying rock on the freeway, and Shelby was able to communicate directly with my insurer to authorize the replacement and get my vehicle in out and out of the shop in just three hours. Shelby and his team are friendly and efficient, and I felt comfortable throughout the whole process. The new windshield was replaced cleanly (save for a minor issue with a loose piece of trim which the shop quickly remedied during a follow-up visit). What's interesting is that I learned my positive experience with Advanced Auto Glass was not unique to me; the client sitting next to me in the waiting room had multiple successful windshield repairs/replacements done by Advanced Auto Glass, and even my Uber driver also said he's had positive experiences with windshield repairs through Advanced Auto Glass. Fingers crossed I never have to deal with a windshield replacement again, but if I do, I'm definitely giving Advanced Auto Glass a call.

CA Auto Glass has Installed 2 Auto Glass for 2 different cars of mine.When I arrived they got strait to work they were ready for me I really liked that I didn't have to wait.The young man who installed my windshield was very nice and explained in details what I should and shouldn't do after the new windshield was installed that's a plus for me. the Auto Glass shop is very clean they have a place for customers to sit and wait.They offered me a water while I waited they are very attentive to the customers like I said this is my second time here and both times the 2 Youngster treated me the same way.This will be my go to Auto Glass shop.I definitely recommend them to family and friends.If I could I would give more Star but unfortunately im only allowed to give 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.If you want fast and Friendly service here is the place to come to.The only bad part is they don't calibrate cars but they offer the number of someone in town that does they are very helpful.

The only reason I didn’t use these guys is because Advanced promised to Match any price if I found a lower price and I had already made an appointment so I went ahead and kept my appointment with advanced not knowing that once he got done with my windshield he would say he couldn’t he wouldn’t match a price it is an American glass well I called C and I are and they said they use PPG American glass the same thing as what advance and said only I had already had advanced put my windshield in after the fact he charge me $426 advance that is and refused to match the price of seeing our glass which was 210 out the doorPositivePunctuality, Professionalism, Value

I got my car broken into. They smashed my left passenger window and the glass went everywhere. I called for a quote and I had called other places before and when I called Discount Auto Glass they gave me the best quote right away. And they were super friendly and told me they had to order it but it took only 2 days. Super fast service. When I went to pick it up (less than 2 hrs ) It was such a nice feeling to look at a clean window and not a shattered one. Plus they even vacuumed my expedition I didn't have to relive seeing my car broken into it, was like it never happened. I am just super happy with their service. I will recommend them to all my family and friends if they ever need a window replaced they are the business to go to.

I had a 1978 GMC pickup that had a rear sliding window that was probably original, didn't open or securely lock, and I decided to replace it with a solid piece of glass. I first called Safelite, but they weren't able to help me because they cannot deal with pre-1981 vehicles (has to do with 17-digit VIN's). I then checked the vendors near me, and Kal and Son came highly rated on Google. I emailed them, and I got a response a couple hours later asking me to take a measurement of the window and call him back. I did so on a Friday; and scheduled an appointment for the following Monday. Got there a bit early, and the shop was obviously busy, but they took the truck on time and had the window in an hour later, faster than promised. They clearly know how to do glass on older vehicles, and if I ever need glass work done on a car I will call this shop.ServicesGlass installation

Okay I don't give five star reviews lightly BUT, Premium Auto Glass rocks, plain and simple. Last week some jerk a-hole busted out one of the windows of my car and the only people that were there at 8:30 p.m. were these guys and they had the window for my car on order and in the shop by the next morning. The quote they gave me was exactly what it cost and I needed a smog check so I told him to go ahead with that too. They were done so fast I couldn't stand it-my head was spinning. I was so happy and over the moon with this, despite the fact that the incident happened in the first place, but I'll deal with that a different time (evil laugh...haha!). Bottom line is you know that I love local businesses as opposed to conglomerates and I think everyone needs to frequent places like this who are honest and fast and they're not going to break your pocketbook. Thank you guys really it was A+++ dealing with you!!!

Had two circular cracks on my car windshield that needed fixing. Neither were larger than 2 inches across, both from the horrible rocks flying on the freeway, the last and bigger crack sounded like a gunshot when it happened. I knew I wanted to take care of it ASAP before it become a bigger problem but I was procrastinating due to lack of funds and time. I finally put it on my to-do list, remembered the jingle from the ads so I googled them, used their mobile website, and had an appointment scheduled in 2 days. Not only was it super easy and stress-free, with my AAA comprehensive insurance I didn't have to pay a cent! When I arrived I was greeted by a wonderful lady at the front desk, she was so friendly, knowledgeable, and speedy. She also saved me $75 for something I had opted in for online that she said it wasn't crucial. That brought down my cost to ZERO dollars!!!! What a doll!!! My technician was Matt, he called me on my cell to confirm that change that was made with the front desk, which was different from the online work order, which I super appreciated. He also gave me an accurate ETA and had me literally in and out. I barely had started a brief walk before he called me back saying it was all done, so cool! The work was so good and clean. He talked to me about it and also stated that if I had any issues or was unsatisfied, that they'd take care of it. I was happy with it so no worries there! I will recommend everyone to come here. Take care of those windshields before it becomes necessary to replace the entire windshield, people!!! Especially in Santa Rosa, CA on the US 101 behind trucks, am I right?!?! My car and windshield get pelted like crazy!!! Get it while it can be covered by insurance and can be done in mere minutes rather than waiting too long. Thanks Safelite, you got a customer for life!
