I really appreciate the way A-1 handled my broken window so easily. I was given the option to keep my car at their place on Sunday but I had a garage to park in so it was OK but that was really nice of them to offer to keep my car safe for the night, even when they were ordinarily closed. Next, the service was done really quickly. After I dropped it off, it was only a few hours before I get a call that the window was replaced and all the extra broken glass was vacuumed up and gone too. I payed in the office and Fred helped me in professional manner throughout the service and payment. That professionalism made me feel like the boss even though they were doing the work. I really appreciate the professionalism in a time since my window was busted love my car and I need it fixed right. The window is back on the electronic track and works fine and everything. Fred's encouragement really made me feel like I was off to the big leagues first thing after it was fixed. If that's regular business this is your day to day go-to garage in time of need.. You'll be back in action in no time at A-1 Auto glass. Thanks guys.

Best place! Brought my 2016 Honda accord, was given a quote of $170, which is very cheap compared to other shops in Tracy. Was being charged over $300 at a tracy shop. Was given an estimate of 1.5 hours for the work to be completed. Got the call within that time frame. Once I picked up my car I was not just impressed by how fast the service was but that my windshield was cleaned out. I had a big white sticker on the left side that I been having for almost a year, been struggling to remove it off my windshield. The guy went above and beyond to remove that stubborn sticker and left my windshield spotless clean without any sticker residue. He had no obligation to take it off yet he did!!!!!!!! He is the best. My car was broken into, and a friend referred me to this place. Reached out to them, and they said they could have the window I needed in by 10:30 am. the next day. I didn't expect them to have it in on time, but when I called, they said it was there waiting for me. Dropped of my car, carpooled back home, I live about 10 minutes away from the shop, made myself a peanut butter, jelly, bologna, doritoz, and chocolate chip cookies sandwich, turned on some hulu and boom they were done. I thought it was a joke! My ride had left already cause we thought it was going to take at least an hour. It was a fast and easy process. Mr. Ruiz was very kind and professional.

Driver was very courteous. Called first thing in the morning to let me know I will be stop number two and that he would call again once he finished with his first stop. I got the text message he was done. He wasn’t gonna stop for lunch. I think it was 1130 and that he would come over and do it first and then go to lunch after. So I was appreciative of that so I wasn’t sitting around waiting. Driver was very friendly. Told me everything he was gonna do. My van is a 97 that’s from the coast so it had some surface rust. He was a little concerned, but then got his tools out and buffed it out and said it was fine. Installed it an hour and a half later he said he was leaving. I will definitely use them again.

I was referred to Stockton Auto Glass on N. Wilson by my RV guru. Boy am I glad I acted on the referral. They resealed my rear window which is known to be problematic on the model RV I have.. They offered me the option of using a heavier duty sealant than what manufacturer used. I am confident I won't be having the annual leak I could count on getting. Note: I drove RV to Stockton from Danville to use them. There is a lot of talent in my area, but none that I have confidence in like Stockton Glass. Use them if you want a job well done! NH
