A Five Star rating is especially important when it ISN'T achieved because everything went smoothly. Calls were answered quickly by AAG, and the price quoted was excellent. A VIN number to my car was requested so that the correct part could be ordered. The windshield came in on time. Because I travel for a living, my son-in-law was going to manage the appointment for me. Within the hour I am receiving a call from Tom/Absolute Auto Glass, to say that the new windshield was not correct, that the auto manufacturer had switched part numbers. In addition, the new windshield cracked when they tried to install it. After he had finally been able to locate the correct windshield, they stated that it would be as long as two weeks for the windshield to get to them. Tom shared with me that the new windshield was quite a bit more costly, but that I would not be charged more than the original quote. Business integrity to the max! I know that this was not a profitable job for them. But they have earned my business in the future. With two cars, two trucks, and Colorado hailstorms, I will go back to the Absolute Auto Glass in the future. Hopefully, they will profit from future replacements. Excellent job to everyone at Absolute Auto Glass! You managed the situation beautifully, kept me in the loop while collaborating with my son-in-law, and resolved a sticky situation timely and with professionalism.

Edit #2 - October 2024 - this location on W Alameda was so helpful! The store manager, Sarah, was proactive in ordering a new windshield before even seeing the issue. I stopped in for them to see what the problem was and they completely replaced the windshield within 1 hour. I would gladly give my business to this location again in the future. Edit #1 - September 2024, 3 months after service… originally I gave 5 stars. Now I give 1 after discovering that the heated element of the windshield was not only disconnected, but the wires were severed. There was clearly no intention of the guy connecting this correctly. This happened at the Englewood location which is now closed. I will be visiting another location to have them fix this.

When disaster occurred— a vandalism incident —delaying repairs for weeks was definitely not feasible. James recognized the urgency and quickly took action to guarantee I had a secure vehicle. I awoke to find both driver-side windows shattered for no clear reason, but thanks to James, I was back on the road like nothing had occurred the very next day. On another occasion, I experienced a crack in my windshield and didn't need to leave work—James repaired it in no time.

If you need your windshield replaced call these guys! I live up in the mountains & so for me my options close to home are extremely limited. I called a couple places for quotes but Ted w Discount Auto Glass was very pleasant with a very competitive quote & stood out from the rest, so I decided to go w Discount Auto. The morning of my appointment I drove down the mountain to Denver and had the location in my maps and I'm glad I did and that's something I would recommend if you go with these guys. These guys are not a big box store So you do not see them from Wadsworth at all. I think that's obviously why they are so competitive with their prices. I called when I arrived and they were there waiting for me, Dillon was there to greet me and was extremely nice and friendly with advice for where to go while they were servicing the vehicle. They had it done so fast I was honestly shocked. I would go back to these guys a hundred times over again and recommend them to my grandmother! Thanks again guys!

I emailed a bunch of different places to see who had the lowest price, since I don't have windshield replacement on my insurance and have to pay out of pocket for it. Innova was the first to respond and offered me an average price. In the email, though, Jesse said to look at Groupon and he'd give me $100 off. What kind of business gives you a quote and instructs how to pay less in the same communique? So, I was impressed, and decided it would be worth the 45-minute, 30-mile drive, each way. Jesse came out to the car and inspected the windshield with me, and explained any issues he saw. I was almost uncomfortable with how thorough he was, because I figured he was doing all this to try to charge me more for some additional work! I was prepared to fight to get the great price he had quoted me. No need to fight, fortunately, as he honored his price. This is the third replacement on my car, and it is by far the best looking. I had no idea the molding could be so tight and streamlined. It was quick, too. The work was impeccable, the customer service was excellent. It really was worth the drive to have such a great experience. It seems a lot of companies don't fully grasp that repeat customers are valuable, but Innova truly treats you with respect and are up front about what to expect. I'm a happy customer!

Nobody enjoys watching a cracked windshield grow before your eyes. It immediately conjures up images of bickering with an insurance company and scheduling issues. Safelite AutoGlass lets you cut through the red tape and get things fixed. The people at this location are nice and courteous. I think my biggest frustration was the extra time (and cost) related to the required recalibration of the camera system on my vehicle. They needed to do it on a nice day so my first appointment was postponed due to rain. Overall the windshield replacement ended up being a painless experience. The end result was perfect with no hint that it was a replacement. Any frustrations I encountered were not the fault of Safelite. It was the inconvenience of having to get new window stickers for Express Toll and other services.

Without a doubt this was the best customer service experience I've ever had. Their price is great. They were $80 cheaper than any other place I had look at my vehicle. They were available quickly and got me in and out in no time at all. They were professional and insured me that all of the workmanship came with a lifetime warranty. My Jeep is old and has 300,000 miles on it and it's been tweeked a little. I did end up getting a little air gap. I let them know about my problem and the fixed it absolutely free. I've never had a company either big or small take as much care over fixing an issue like this. Even if they were more expensive than anywhere else I would still go to them after the level of care they showed for my vehicle and for me as a customer. The good part is they're cheap. I'm very impressed. Thanks!
