In Sep 2009, my car was hit by a store shopping cart. My whole window was shattered. Safelite was called but never showed up. Arrow Glass did show up and did an amazing job! When my car's front window was broke due to a storm in April of 2022, I called Arrow Glass and was not disappointed they're fabulous!!!

My experience at this location was very pleasant. I came here without an appointment due to my front windshield having a chip. Front desk and techs greeted me right away with smiles on their faces. A tech came out to see my chip and explained process. I was going to pay out of pocket because I didn't feel like dealing with insurance so they offered me a discount. But after asking them questions about the insurance process I was convinced to reach out to them. I have Geico and process was very simple. I filed a claim online and instantly was able to choose this location for repairs and was completely covered, saving me almost $200. I came with my two babies and waited in lobby for no more than 25 minutes as they fixed my chip. Shakima was the receptionist and was very kind. Also all the techs were very nice and respectful. Thank you guys and may God continue to bless you all 🙏
