Glass America - Auto Glass & Windshield Replacement

This was the first time I needed to replace a car windshield due. I thought I would.have to take my truck into the glass shop, but Glass America came right to my home. Mike contacted me ahead of time as promised to let me know when he would arrive. He came on time. He was polite and friendly, but went right to work. The job was finished quickly, looked good and my dashboard was clean. The office staff was very polite and helpful too, arranging the call needed to submit my insurance claim. Definitely a.5-star experience

Replacing my windshield with Glass America was seamless and effortless. I called the New London, CT office. Spoke to a lovely lady who arranged everything. They came to my house in Gales Ferry. They were so helpful, polite and patient; And their prices couldn't be beat! I would highly recommend them and I will use them again! (I'm sure I'll have another windshield crack on me in my lifetime. I've already replaced a few!)

Needed my windshield replaced and they offered to come to me to do it but I wanted to go to a shop and get it done. They were professional and courteous and did the job so quickly I barely had time to surf the internet (connection to which they provided.). Grateful for a job well done!

The rear window of my daughter's car at college was broken. Glass America was friendly and provided prompt replacement service. They ordered the replacement glass, coordinated a schedule with my daughter, and came to her to replace the glass.
