I had an excellent experience with this company especially the owner JJ They talked to me asking if I had any questions or concerns- like I wanted to keep if possible several stickers that were on the windshield He then showed me under the hood what items were to be removed prior to removing and installing the windshield He noticed and brought to my attention a few items that were not properly installed and a missing a clip Bottom line the installation was complete in a reasonable amount of time , windshield was super clear and those items he brought to my attention were taken care of including blowing out all the leaves and debris that had accumulated under the moulding under the hood - no extra charge for a complete job well done! I brought my car to Safelite in Georgetown this morning. I had a 9:00 appointment. I was greeted when I entered the shop and told it would be about a 2 -3 hour wait. Since I live in Rehoboth I didn’t feel like going back home so I just decided to stay and wait. I decided to take a little walk since it was a nice day. A text came through telling me that the work had begun about 9:15. When I got back I sat and began to get comfortable. At about 10:30 another text came through that the work was completed. The technician came out and confirmed that the car was ready. All of my stickers had been put back on the new windshield and the car was all recalibrated. It was one of the most pleasant car repair experiences I’ve ever had. Everyone was pleasant and I was kept up to date on the progress. I would definitely recommend this Safelite to anyone who needs a windshield replaced. Thank you to everyone at the Georgetown Safelite for a great job!!
