I highly recommend Arrow for auto glass repairs and replacements! My rear window (trunk glass) popped due to the temperature fluctuations this winter. I contacted a few places but all of them seemed to be over quoting me on price and turnaround time. I called Arrow and the rep was extremely friendly, scheduled me a service appointment and quoted me the best price out anyone else that I contacted. The technician contacted me the morning of service, and gave me a time that he would be out. He arrived exactly at the time that he provided me with, did an AMAZING job, even assisted with glass cleanup, and the price was exactly what I was quoted. No hidden fees or surprises! These guys are top notch and I highly recommend them for auto glass service! Hey Arrow, hopefully this wont occur again but if it does you will be the place that I go to! Thanks again! I was extremely pleased with the overall service and experience!!! Initially, I was skeptical because of the low scoring reviews for this site and location. [I’m a previous satisfied customer of Safelite, however, the Technician came to our home for that repair]. I am glad that I went through with this Windshield Repair. The Techs were professional, friendly and based on their interactions with each other, they seemed to really enjoy each other’s company and working relationship. I also REALLY loved that they had a Female Tech: Go Girl Power! *When checking in, a small glitch occurred w/my account and the insurance company’s submission. The Tech stayed right with my case and was eventually able to resolve the problem. I am grateful for his persistence and professionalism. He maintained his calm head and that assisted with my perception and overall feeling for wanting to go through with the repair. Additionally, the business establishment, bathroom and waiting areas were extremely clean! I hope that my Google Review boosts and serves as encouragement for the Techs at this site, while also leading to additional satisfied customers. Job Well Done, Folks!!! Thank you~
