I'll be referring to him as "Uncle Tony" from now on! Not only did he replace my rear windshield in a timely manner but the reason I needed to replace the windshield is that the trunk lock stopped working so I needed to strap down the hood to get home from a family vacation in SC but I strapped it too hard and the hook from the strap punctured the windshield where the trunk and it come together. I asked Tony if he could fix it and he told me if I get the part he would do it. I got the part, scheduled the visit, brought it in, he fixed it, I went to pay, he said "don't worry about it"!!!!! One of the best experiences I've ever had with any business. Go with Mom and Pop businesses, not the chains!! Thanks "Uncle" Tony! J. Matthews

I went to the shop because of the reviews that I read. I came to get a new windshield with an aftermarket camera. I was told they can not be responsible for camera. I took this as that they would be careful and if that they would at least be careful with it. When the job was done and the vehicle was returned to me there was no power to my camera. After having it looked at two wires were found from the camera to be crushed in the windshield and now will have to be rewired. When I called with this complaint his concern was that I didn't call him and let someone else check my camera issues. I wanted him to know that they could have been a little more careful with my property. But his tone made me hang up

I don’t often do reviews, but this one is so disappointing, I had to do it. Terrible place. I scheduled a window glass replacement front driver side for one of our company vehicles. They are plenty companies I found, but the one that can see my van soomer was this business. I gave them my vin number to avoid mistakes. I live in Estero, it took me 40min with traffic to get there as I had an appointment at 9am Monday February 12th 2024. As many of us, we all have busy lives, I had to stop using that company vehicle so I can get glass repair. Well, they order the wrong glass, owner came and said sorry, and that’s it. He said I can re-schedule to come another day of the week. I told him, I made plans to be there, cleared out my schedule and took a van from Naples to Fort Myers to get it repaired, he asked me; what do you want me to do? Do you want it for free? I said NO, but coming back again involves more time, gas and money for me. Then he said, well that’s nothing I can do, I said as business owner myself, when mistakes like this happens, we don’t only apologize but make it right to our clients. I said a discount to cover my loss, or come to my place where I can have the van, so I don’t have to do 2 trips. He said, there is a reason I came to them, that was because he is the cheapest!! I laughed, and said, NO! You were the one available the soonest. For $25 more I can have other companies come to my place and work there! But they were booked. Needless to say, my review is based on the poor judgement and way to say you are sorry tona client after you messed up. Perhaps it was for the best, but I certainly did waste my time going so far, thinking it was a good business and it was not! I have another company for the same price coming to my business to replace the glass, all I needed to do is dial one more business.

We’re traveling while towing a travel trailer and my windshield got hit with a rock while driving through Florida on our way to the keys. I called Tony at A+ and he was so helpful and HONEST. Luckily he was a preferred vendor with my USAA insurance and he told me exactly what would happen when I called them to file my claim which was super helpful. He also informed me about the tech he uses to calibrate cameras and even gave me the info I would need to do my own research (much appreciated Tony). My 2020 Ford Expedition has all the features so there were extras that needed to be taken care of and he reassured me that he knew exactly how to handle it all. On top of all this great service during our phone call, he was able to get me in the following day. In fact, I had to push to the next because of my schedule. No problem, they accommodated me. The entire team there was super friendly and without me even asking they even moved a table outside for me so I could work and take my meetings. Before I knew it he was done and I was driving away with my beautiful new windshield. A week later and no issues whatsoever. I highly recommend this shop.

Was in town helping friends when their windshield had a rock strike that caused a crack that didn’t want to quit. I searched online for them to find a replacement. I called to see if they could come to the house, but because of the type of vehicle it required lane departure warning calibration that has to be done in the shop. Tony was awesome!! He explained everything, was patient when I didn’t have all the information (since it wasn’t my car!) & when I called back to schedule he had already told Joela & they were ready with an appointment for me on a Saturday. Once again, Tony explained several things prior to replacing the glass & doing the calibration & then even showed me how the calibration worked after he was done. & he got the car taken care of very quickly & even replaced the oil change sticker & gate sticker! I can’t recommend A+ enough. They made the process quick & simple.

I called and explained I needed a replacement windshield. The lady on the phone was incredibly helpful and pleasant. She took my information and said Tony would get back to me with a quote. Within an hour I had my quote. Scheduled service for next morning. I got there on time, Tony came out and looked at damage. He told me straight out the car was hit hard. I understood what he was saying. He took the car in the shop.. he said he would do his best but could not guarantee the seal because of the damage. I said ok. He came back out with vehicle in less time than I expected. He did a beautiful job. The price was very fair. I recommend a+ glass to everyone. I have other glass people refuse to do the work, claimed they couldn't get the glass. I booked an appointment to have my window replaced, presuming that the owner would match his reviews. I shouldn’t have any problems with customer service. Let me tell you, I was fooled. My appointment was scheduled for 7/6 at 8:30am. I arrived at 8:38am with a small STICKY NOTE located on the door reading “ I’ll be back, any one LATE please call”. I didn’t even receive a courtesy customer call. So I decided to call, he forwarded my calls 5 times. Casing point he arrives with the NASTIEST attitude, almost as if I was wrong for even being there. Rushing the whole process. I tried to wiggle a few questions but he answered everything very hasty. I decided not to go with this company. Just a little TIP you should…… learn customer service , most importantly NEVER judge a book by its COVER (COLOR). Review STAR = 1/10 of a star

I had safelite giving me the runaround and changing appointments without notifying me as well as for the fact they had no idea where my windshield was when they told me it would be delivered on a certain date and I called to check on when it would arrive. They initially ordered the wrong part as well (windshield without rain sensor) and rescheduled me and couldn’t tell me a straight answer on when my new glass would arrive and kept switching my appointment back and forth between Naples and fort myers. Tony at A+ was great and got me out of his shop in under an hour for a windshield replacement for my Hyundai Kona and had my glass ready and available in two days and confirmed my appointment via text. Would definitely recommend him and his shop for any auto glass work. Great customer service!

Great service, very friendly staff! I had an 8AM appointment at the business this morning. I arrived 10 minutes early and they were waiting. I did not need any glass repair/replacement. However, the plastic cowling around my windshield had become loose and needed an adhesive to hold it in place. I met Tony, the owner. Within 2 minutes he had inspected and fixed the cowling by using windshield adhesive. When I asked how much, Tony told me he would not charge me any money for the repair. He was insistent. I found A+ Auto Glass online and read customer reviews. After dealing with Tony & A+ Auto Glass, I want to add my recommendation to use them for any windshield repair or replacement. They were great. I called for replacement of my really-cracked windshield. I spoke to both Marie and Tony and both were amazing and helpful, gave me an estimate over the phone, and confirmed an appointment for me for the next day. Everyone here is professional, easy going and attentive to anything we needed while we waited along with our hurricane-like 3-year old! Marie is a doll and Tony was amazing. They finished in less than the 30 minutes they promised and we were on our way! This will be my go-to place now that I am here in the Ft. Myers/ Lehigh Acres area. It should be yours as well.
