South Florida! Forget Safelite!!!! Auto Glass South Florida is the best company to get your windshield replaced! I have a Lexus IS 300- and safelite wanted to rip me and my insurance company off, drive to the hood and “drop and go” aka leave my car there for 8 hours, so they can bank on the hourly rate your insurance pays. So I called my insurance company and they suggested this company. I sent pictures of the damage, and within an hour by the company and they told me someone would be to my HOUSE (safelite said my car didn’t meet criteria for mobile service - LIES!) and gave me a time frame, the service gentleman, Yoel came right on time and has the job completed on 1.5 hours! My windshield looks perfect and he even cleaned my dashboard and recalibrated my car so my safety features still work! The entire process was hassle free and I’m so glad I went with them; saved me a lot of time and were extremely professional! If you have a cracked windshield, especially if you have a newer car, use this company and do NOT use safelite! Highly recommend, incredible customer service throughout!

i brought my Hyundai Elantra in at 1:30pm in desperate need of windshield repair in order to get to work the next day. Nelson the owner came out and greeted me immediately. He said he would have to see if supplier had the item they did and shipped it out to his shop. the amazing thing is Safelite said they could not do it because metal was slightly bent! What a joke Nelson said, no problem and straightened it out and put glass in. At 6 pm we had the job done. he stayed late for me and normally is out at 4 pm. the best customer service i have EVER had in Miami! Thank you Nelson. ALL my work and referrals go to him now!!!

Called my insurance for a cracked windshield and back glass. Insurance couldn’t find me an appt for 7 days, I explained that wouldn’t work since it’s hurricane weather in Miami right now and that would mean tarping my truck everyday/night from the leak the crack in the rear was causing. They gave me the number to a few places to call, Charlie’s was one of them. Being that Charlie’s has been around since the 40’s, I was familiar with them, but figured they would be too busy to get me on also. They happened to be the ONLY place out of the 6 referred to me that said “sure come on by we’ll get it done for you today” with no hesitations. That was not only a huge relief, but a surprise. I left work in a hurry (shout out to my boss over at Tint World Doral for letting me just run out on a whim and I yelled “Charlie’s can take me right now” lol) arrived to Charlie’s and they not only treated me with great customer service, but treated my baby with the utmost care!! They take care of luxury cars on a regular basis and didn’t hesitate to treat my lightning with the same care!! They listened to all my requests, no matter how ridiculous or minute; that in itself shows the kind of customer service they have. I was in AND out in 4 hours! Replaced my windshield and back glass. I hope I won’t need their services again, but if I do I know where to go. Definitely referring them to everyone! Thanks again Charlie’s, my baby Ace says thank you too, he’s not longer raining on the inside! Ha. UPDATE: So Florida heat is so hot it melted the glue on the top rubber about 6 months to a year later. While driving on the highway half of one side partially flew up. After getting a crack on the windshield of our 2005 Toyota Solara we couldn't find a good price on the windshield through our insurance. I'd definitely recommend cheapo. Several of the auto glass places in the area gave us prices around 225-250 but these guys came in under 200 and did the work in only an hour. They ordered the glass the same day and it came very fast. They have good service and were quality compared to the other guys even at a lower price. Also after they removed the bad glass they found I had rust under the windshield on the metal edges. They offered to quickly wire brush it off and hit it with a primer to help me and did it fast and neat. No price was lower and also willing to help with a problem I didn't even know we had. They easily could have left the rust and I would never have known.

Got my car broken into for the first time the other day, and I needed to replace the window on my passenger side front door. I tried making an appointment with Safelite but the soonest they had was a week away! I managed to find these guys online, and my window was fixed the next day. The job itself took 30~ minutes, the tech Jack was able to get it done fast and properly, along with vacuuming the interior nicely. The glass isn’t exactly the same- the original is Pilkington and the replacement is Fuyao, but the differences seem to end there. Overall, great work at a price less than my deductible.
